Service in Simpsonville location very disappointing. I called 2 days ahead to order half ham for 25 people. Young lady advised me I would need 11-12 lb bone-in ham and cost would be approximately 100.00. I verified store location and pick up time for 2days later.
Upon arrival they had no record of the order and man told me the order did not even make sense! He kept wanting to give me 25 orders - could not understand I wanted one large ham for 25 people.
Pleasantburg location verified size of ham etc that I needed (same information provided by my initial Simpsonville call) and is saving ham for me for this afternoon.

What is the point of a reservation system if the store is going to be unprepared? Being out of an item at noon the day before thanksgiving is ridiculous anyway. Finally get back to a pretty long line- Instead of just letting me pay for me food that's now been ready for 30+ minutes I waited in this line to get my food that was sitting on the counter from when I left... Just felt like the manager didn't handle this with grace. I did what I needed to do I just feel like that could have been at least repaid by not waiting in a line of people.
