I like thin crust pizza, but this place's pizza was horrible, just like the service was. My honest opinion is DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you like bad pizza and bad service

If zero stars was an option, I'd do that. The experience I had there was horrendous. The young man behind the cash register was not at all good at taking our order, and in fact, after we gave him our credit card, he forgot to give us our receipt to sign - we had to ask for it so it would get signed. He didn't tell us in the beginning how long the wait would be, it was only until after we ordered that he said how long it would take - and that was because we asked him how long the wait would be. After the 25 minutes he gave us, we asked how much longer it would be, and come to find out it would be yet another 25 minutes. We stood there for that time, and were already prepared to ask for our money back - fifteen minutes in they said they finally put our pizza in. A woman who had placed an order earlier told us that the wait was 'because they put in new TVs'. Honestly, it was because a majority of the people behind there had no idea what they were doing, one of them was standing nearby the boxes, watching everyone else make the food.

Finally we get our pizza and house salads and head home, all the while having a feeling that they would suck. We opened the box to see a wet 'thing'. It was completely soggy and had barely any cheese on it, let alone the green peppers and sausage that were ordered on the other side. The salad had an odd taste to it, and the only good thing was that they gave a lot of dressing to attempt to cover it up.

I have been going here for years. After my encounter today i don't think i will be returning. I am not usually a person that complains to restaurants but i was absolutely appalled. I order lunch from them today, when i went to pick it up it was not ready. As i stood there waiting. There was a gentleman in the kitchen area with a long ponytail. I am watching him assemble my sandwich while coughing openly right towards it. He then walks over to the fryer to put some fries down and goes back to the kitchen. He proceeds to pull out raw ground beef and starts making a hamburger patty. He did not wash his hands after touching RAW meat and continued to the back area where he started preparing a salad. I said something to the girl at the front counter and she didn't seem to care. All she said was "ok." Be careful ordering from here you could potentially get sick.

**Note to the owner. I was there March 19th i corrected an error in this review. This is not a bogus review. You have extremely careless people working in your establishment and your reply tells me you don't care either. Do better and pay attention to what your employees are doing before you make...

This occurred last night; wife and I entered our order on their website. Small pizza and a medium pizza. Paid online, received a receipt for delivery at 8:34pm. Placed the order around 7:30pm. I waited until about 8:50pm. Still no pizza. I called the restaurant, to see what was up. Guy picks up, asks for our name, etc., he said they never received a ticket from their system to make our food. So our order hadn't even been started at that point. I was given some reply like, 'oh our system hasn't been printing tickets all night' ... ok so you haven't made any food tonight? Hard to swallow. I guess the owner called my wife back and said they'd make it right then, then deliver it to us. The food showed up, not even hot (we live 8 mins away). No coupon, no discount, nothing. Not sure where this ranks on the customer service scale but you're free to form your own opinions. I like this pizza, I do, but won't be going back any time soon...
