Go to another place for coffee and food this place is a cluster. Bunch of kids working who don't care. Drive-thru is horrendous you will wait at least 15 minutes. If you go inside it's even worse it's it's like no one works there. Waited 5 minutes plus even when I got to the drive-thru window and I could see my stuff sitting right inside of there while they scurried around I got things ready for the cars behind me in the meantime I'm sitting there looking at my stuff for 5 minutes then when the dude gives it to me the lid's not on the coffee right and it spills all over my front seat. I have to ask for napkins cuz there are no given to me in my bag with my food. Just a cluster of a place go somewhere else that's ran a little bit better. I spent at least $10 a day here for the past year+ and I am done I'm going somewhere else this place is ridiculous takes forever the workers are not courteous and there's no reason coffee should be spilling in my vehicle cuz the lids not put on properly after waiting so long for the drink. On Any Given morning the drive-thru is wrapped around the building so you can't park and go inside and you also have to wait at least 15 minutes to get your stuff. I arrived 2 minutes before this time due to traffic being in my favor and was told I had to go around and get back into line as it was 2 minutes before my scheduled pickup time. I couldn't cancel my order at the window because I used the mobile app. I couldn't cancel on there, because it wasn't 6 minutes before the pickup time. I had to call customer service.
