Had an issue using the mobile app for a curbside pick up so went inside and no one was at the counter which I understand it was slow inside. But I had a manager stare right at me and shrugged me off. So finally after 5 minutes of waiting patiently an employee asks to help me I explain I got charged but the app won't let me pick a curbside spot. He informs me the app didn't process to them. So I ask how do I insure the payment refunds? So he goes to that same manager explains the situation and his response was "I am not dealing with that now" Buddy I spent money and didn't receive the product. It's your job to deal with that. Drive thru was busy I understand but you have people trained to do that. The kid who was trying his best to fix the situation was not trained to be a manager and handle the problem. Your job is to say to your employee handle this station for a moment while I fix the problem. I left with nothing because I had to go do my job unlike the manager. -not a Karen just guy who wants his money or the order I made.
Edit-return a year later and service was still 1 star. I haven't gone to McDonald's in over a year but I needed a quick meal for my toddler and kinda had no choice. I got to the pick up window, paid and was asked to pull forward and wait at the 3rd window. I usually understand the situation when asked this but their was nobody behind me when asked, but I did as asked. 1 of the employees came to the 3rd window after i waited over 7 or 8 minutes with 1 bag and said "have a nice day" and closed the window. I thought maybe the happy meal was in the bag and realized they didn't give me it. I realized no one was coming back and knew I couldn't go in because I had a toddler in the back seat. By now a line built up behind me and I had to get back in line, 10 minutes later I get back to the window and the women said "why didn't you take your happy meal" I looked at her and said "no your coworker gave me 1 bag and left me there." She gave me the happy meal with no response to what I said and acted like I was the problem. If you ever go to this location don't let them send you to the 3rd window you might...
Read moreSit down and grab a seat, just when I thought service at fast food was at an all time low it gets worst! Sunday evening I went through the drive thru, ordered a double quarter powder with cheese and bacon no onions on the sandwich, large with a dr.pepper meal, as well as a mcchicken plain add pickles and a large sweet tea. I paid at the first window, the time printed on my receipt was printed 6:45. At the second window I received my two drinks and was pulled into a parking spot on the side. 20 minutes later a employee brings out food, unfortunately this is for the car next to me(that just pulled there) so I politely asked the employee where my food was, she asked what I ordered so I told her. Another 10 minutes later a different employee comes out with my order, I asked him to wait while I checked the order. Opened the first item and it was wrong! So I said her please take this take the receipt and correct my order … another 5 minutes goes by he brings my order out and says I triple checked it and everything is right I even through in an extra apple pie for your problems. Silly me I figured by the third time they would get it correct, well I get home only to notice there were no fries and my sandwich still had onions on! So I called the restaurant and was told I could come in the next day and either get my order redone correctly or get a refund. So I figured I would go inside and give them another shot. Well walked inside waiting for one of the 15 employees there to ask me something to take an order or anything, But received nothing everyone was too busy talking to each other or checking their phones to care, what a joke this place is and these are the same employees that are demanding $15 an hour! Read moreI went to this place a few weeks ago and had a horrible experience! First of all, they have a bunch of kids working in there who are on their phones at the register and would rather see the line out the store in order to conversate with the other employees about things outside of work! The drive thru line is always so long and they move so slow! It was 10 degrees outside and there was no heat inside the store. A multi billion dollar fast food chain, with no heat! You could see your breath inside! The employees and managers were wearing hats, gloves and coats like they were outside. The employees at the cash register including managers had an electric heater plugged up and sitting on top of the counter because it was so cold! I could not let my children eat in there because it felt like a freezer. I specifically asked for fresh fries like I always do when I go to any McDonald’s, and still, they gave me cold fries in all 4 happy meals I purchased. The nuggets were cold as well! My kids wouldn’t even eat it because it was nasty and cold so I ended up throwing them all away! I called and expressed my disgust with to whomever answered the number I called! They informed me I would receive coupons to replace what I purchased! I DID NOT receive coupons to replace my children’s happy meals but coupons for something other than what I purchased! When I called back to inform them they told me that the coupons are picked by the District, Regional or some other manager! I will not be visiting this place ever again! Wish I could give...
