Holy Stromboli, Batman! Paparone's in Sinking Spring, PA, is a pizza haven that even the Caped Crusader can't resist. This family-run establishment isn't your average slice joint; it's a culinary Batcave where deliciousness reigns supreme. Upon entering, I was greeted by Vinnie, a member of the Paparone crew who clearly shares his family's passion for food. Our conversation was as lively as a Commissioner Gordon press conference, filled with anecdotes about plans for a fresh remodel of the joint. The food? Delish. The food? Delish. The crust was perfectly baked, crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The combination of sausage and pepperoni was a classic, but elevated by the freshness of the ingredients and the perfect balance of spices. It was a symphony of flavors and textures that would make even the pickiest eater sing its praises. The battered mozz sticks were cooked to perfection. Of course, no Bat-outing is complete without a photo op. Elena graciously posed for a snapshot with yours truly, while I also managed to snag a pic astride a miniature red Batcycle (okay, it was just a tiny bike, but a hero's gotta improvise). And let's not forget the iconic Paparone's delivery van, a rolling testament to their commitment to bringing pizza justice to the masses. In conclusion, Paparone's is a culinary Batcave where deliciousness reigns supreme. If you're ever in Sinking Spring, swing by this pizza paradise and tell them BatmanJawn sent you. I will be trying the pizza next time.

Ok, admittedly, I went to Paparone's PIZZA and basically ordered everything BUT pizza. So I am partially to blame. The pizza is prob really good. But the pasta dishes? Yuck. Overcooked, mushy pasta. I mean, it's straight up cafeteria grade. I think even the "cooks" there know what I'm talking about. Oddly enough, the specialty salads are freakin' amazing. Other than the pizza, the salads are perhaps the best thing they offer. Fresh, homemade dressing, tons of meat, black olives (these should come standard on all Italian salads tbh), crisp lettuce, plump, juicy cherry tomatoes - it's truly a salad that eats like a meal. The sub was merely ok. Good roll, but lacking in terms of tomatoes and onions. The lettuce was on its last legs - not crisp and starting to turn brown. Barely any tomato & onion. Pararone's has been a staple in their neck of the woods for many years. I can't imagine people going here for pasta. For pizza? Give it a go. Most likely you won't be let down. The hoagies might let you down. The pasta dishes will definitely let you down. The salads will restore your faith.

The upside down pizza is a 10/10. I was looking for something different because most pizza in this area is pretty average and boy did this deliver. I almost knew before I even tasted it because the sauce made my car smell great on the ride home. The sauce really has a nice tang to it and having it on top really helps get lots of the sauce flavor in every bite. If you don’t mind spending a little bit more money on a specialty pizza go for the upside down pizza. It’s delicious.

Best pizza, best menu selection, best staff, best delivery drivers. I’m new to the area and love pizza so I’ve tried just about all of them in the area. This is the spot! Best pizza in town, the sauce is delicious, and the only place with a truly Italian menu of options not sold anywhere else. They even have rice balls! I wish they had a vegetarian version of them though, but everything I’ve ordered there has been fantastic, hot, and fresh. I’ve done delivery only but both from Grubhub/door dash and the restaurant directly. Way better service and prices and prompt delivery with hot pizza when you skip the delivery services. We eat here at least once a week, and I’m writing this as I wait for...
