Four Seasons Restaurant — Restaurant in Sioux City

Stopped for a quick lunch while driving through Sioux City. Perhaps there are better dishes than the ones we ordered but the orange chicken is nothing like most orange chicken...pretty much flavorless. The dish my boyfriend ordered was edible but nothing great. Maybe the pho is actually good like other reviews state but we didn't try it. What made me dislike the place the most was how dirty everything was. Dust and fuzz/hair on almost everything including my fork. Pop can was filthy, had to clean the top off before opening it, glass they filled with ice was also dirty. Bathroom was gross. Tables and chairs felt sticky. Window sills, and floors in need of a deep cleaning. Service was prompt and friendly, the place just needs to be cleaned...

First time I went there, I had the vermicelli and it was delicious. I ended up getting food poisoning there and was sick for three days. Was on the verge of going to the ER because I couldn't keep water down. I don't think I've ever thrown up that much in my life combined compared to those three days. My food came out five or ten minutes after everyone else's that I was with, so I don't know if someone didn't wash their hands after touching raw meat, or after a bathroom break, or they undercooked my meat. Such a redicuouls place! Ordered food to be delivered at work for lunch repeated many times our order and even discussed options of drinks and when we finally got our order it wasn't correct and they forgot the drink we ordered. When I called back to let them know the lady (Julie) proceeded to argue with me about what we ordered and told me there was no manager and she knows what we ordered even tho it was a guy who took the order and that it was correct.
