Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sioux City

Took forever for them to pick up the phone and when they finally did the guy was extremely rude When I was trying to place my order after I told him I wanted the medium pizzas he keep saying is that it with an attitude ! He gave me my total and I thought it was way to much he hung up after he told me the amount didnt even give me a chance to ask why so much money so I re called and asked if those where the 5.99 pizzas cause it added up to way to much money and with an attitude he told me well your suppose to tel me you wanted 5.99 I don’t just assume that’s what you want . Very bad...

Had to deal with a disgruntled employee. When simply requesting plates along with silverware she threw her hands up at us like we personally insulted her. She was a middle aged woman who was for some reason bewildered by the request. Pizza was fine aside from the fact we ordered bread sticks with our dinner box then additional breadsticks but only received one tiny little cup of marinara.... Pretty stupid. God forbid ask that woman for something as complicated as asking for sauce. Obviously shes too overwhelmed by her job or her life to process...

This Pizza Hut is amazing!!! Melissa the lady at the front counter was very helpful and polite and patient while my Mom and I were ordering, she was a great time to talk with and very funny, respectful and sweet, there was a younger gal that was there as well and she was very sweet and she was also working tonight at the Hamilton Pizza Hut as well!
