We had a party of eight. Three of us had the beef teriyaki. The beef was so terribly overcooked, hard, crusty and dry. I sent mine back and received a better portion that was not cut so small and not quite over cooked, but lacking in flavor.
My husband had the chicken teriyaki and he said that it was cooked well and tasted good. We all thought the amount of sauce was lacking, but that could have been because the meat was so dry.
The California rolls were delicious. The tuna sushi was enjoyed by my husband and I found it quite tender, however it lacked flavor. The white rice was wonderful.
The crab rangoon had good flavor in the filling, but the wraps were the ones that you get at the grocery store that fry up hard, rather than light and crispy.
The tempura shrimp was extremely lacking in flavor. The spring rolls tasted like they came from the freezer section of the grocery store. The dumplings also lacked flavor and were small.
The house salad with homemade dressing was very good and enjoyed by all.
There was some confusion with what was on the menu and what we got. For example, my daughter was to have received a side of rice and a salad. She got the rice, but not the salad. Most of us were to receive a salad and soup, but only got a salad.
I would try Ogawa again, but would probably stick to their...

I don’t even know where to start. My waitress was beyond unpleasant and unprofessional. She never came back to our table. She had to constantly be flagged down. She interrupted myself as well as my friend when trying to order. Then told me that I cannot get condiments until the end.
Then as a vegan I ordered my food with caution. Then was brought out rolls that had MEAT in them. I called the waitress over and she proceeded to tell me it’s not meat. It was in fact meat! I had to show them the actual meat.
The manager was called over and he also told me I was wrong. When he did finally inspect the food he said “not his issue.” I said “well how many vegans got meat?” He disregarded it and I had to tell them I’m not paying for the meat.
Then when our food was brought out, only 1 plate at a time, no sides, no appetizers. We had to ask for our soups and salads.
Then my condiments I tried to order never came. So when I asked for that she came back and dropped it on the table and walked off.
Never...

From super fresh artfully prepared (and full!) rolls that dazzle your taste buds, yummy hibachi and bento, crispy tempura and cold ichiban or ice tea in a glass, you can’t go wrong here for lunch (their lunch menu is delicious and easy on the wallet) or dinner. Not a sushi fan? They have plentiful cooked options in both rolls and hibachi style. As for the service, the entire staff are attentive and friendly, even when it gets busy. Seriously worth the 5 stars, give them a try but know you’ll be back…again and again and again. Family owned. We love Hasan! ❤️🍣🎸😃 Protip: They offer a seafood sashimi salad and a crab salad (crab in a bowl with some lettuce), sometimes I get both and mix with wasabi and soy sauce for a taste of sushi without the rice. 🍣 For rolls: Snowflake ❄️, Moon River &...
