Tonight there was literally just children running this store and no manager on site. We ordered 2 cinnamon delights, a steak quesarito, 2 Chalupa meal with a medium drink. Also a medium mountain dew baja blast freeze which Came to $19 even at the window (which seemed odd). After I Paid for the meal I was given the bag and we drove home. I Got home to find the chalupa meal was not in the bag. Instead i was given 3 soft shell tacos and all three soft shells were rock hard and not edible. I drove back to the store asked for a partial refund for the chalupa meal and the 3 workers who gathered said they would be right back and walked around the corner to talk to the other member who was working the line. Then they returned and I was asked again by the line worker what is wrong in a rude tone as if I was a major problem for speaking up politely for not getting my food I paid for. I was then told either they could remake the food or i needed to leave and call back in the morning to get a refund. They refused to check the order at that time and show me the reciept.
It was obvious they remembered my order and knew they made a mistake. However there was no manager around at the store. Just 4 children refusing to consider customer service at all. So i replied could I please have a copy of my recipe since i came through around 8:15pm and was not given a receipt and had to drive back to the store and the worker refused and said I needed to leave and i was not going to be given a reciept. I was never given a receipt from any of them. when I started to leave the store one of the employees rudely hollered at me as i was leaving.
After looking up the prices online it is obvious why I never recieved a receipt and was refused one when I provided the time and exact order to get one printed off. When ordered the food online for pickup it comes to $17.08 with tax for what they gave me. So it appears the meal mix up was a simple mistake most likely but then I was not given a reciept because they told me my total was actually nearly 2 dollars less than they charged me and they pocketed the difference. Which is also why they refused me a partial refund and why they refused to give me a reciept in the first place and refused to give me one when I asked later as well.
Imagine the money they are charging nearly $2.00 per car higher on a simple order in the drive thru.....
According to the manager I spoke with the very next day they accidentally charged me for a number 2 instead of a number 6 and the total for that comes to $19. Yet online shows $17.08. So this location seems to also be charging more than the online recommended price on top of the terrible service.
