Burger King — Restaurant in Sioux City

Went thru the drive thru, took a very long time to get the order. I ordered a Original chicken sandwich, extra mayonnaise please and well done fries if possible. I should of known better, its been awhile since I tried a Burger King. The fries were extra soggy or not done like mushy! The chicken sandwich did not have extra mayonnaise like I asked for. The sandwich also had about two one/half inch pieces of lettuce! lol I called the next day to complain to the manager, she said their is nothing I can do about your experience. lol I said how about a apology for the bad food and service. Obviously they are used to poor quality food and service. NEVER AGAIN THERE BURGER KING! WHAT A JOKE! BURGER KING? THE KING OF BURGERS? How can a place like that serve the poorest quality of food all these years and still...

Perhaps it’s the time of day I come here, but it seems my food is never very warm, nor very fresh. If I get the whopper, the patty is Luke warm at best, and sometimes even cold. Fries are sometimes hit, or at least usually warm. If I get the original chicken or chicken nuggets, I generally have to wonder just how long they’ve sat in the warmer that day before I get them. Usually the fish is pretty good, but that’s on the account that they generally have to make it up fresh. On the plus side, orders are almost always what you asked for. Nothing is usually missing, and they generally also get the customization right, as far as adding a topping or removing one. People are generally pleasant, and nice to deal with. The food was old and hard. The manager was playing around with all the kids. While I waited for my food. One of the young girls askes him a question and he told her shut up, noone cares. Then turned and smiles at me telling me my food would be done soon. I waited 15 min. for old fried and hard chciken sandwhiches. One of the kitchen people put the ketchup in his pants. I told them that he needed to toss that bottle out and the manager said stop playing around back there but nothing was said about the ketchup in his pants or any of the fron people standing around talking about sexual stuff with the manager. This place is gross and looks like its ran by monkeys.... I will never go again and im advising all my friends to not go to Burger King on...
