Aspen Sky - Winery, Distillery & Event Center — Restaurant in Slinger

I honestly don’t know how to shorten this review without taking up pages and pages of space but I’ll do my best. From the moment we met with Aspen Sky (Michelle) to 8 months later have been nothing short of amazing, incredible, hardworking and a very detailed experience. Planning a wedding in 8 months for my nephew was a lot of work but working with Michelle made it a flawless experience. We unfortunately had rain in the forecast for the day of the ceremony. We were on edge the entire day wondering do we chance it and have the ceremony outside or bring it inside since the rain was supposed to begin right around the start of the ceremony (4:30 pm). We decided to chance it with Michelle keeping us posted every minute while she had several weather apps up on her computer. Well after starting the ceremony 20 mins later in hopes of the rain holding off we had to pull the ceremony inside because of a black cloud over the venue with strong winds. The staff along with Michelle and some of the guests scrambled to pull everything indoors. We transformed the hall within minutes into a magical masterpiece for the Bride to walk down the center of the hall to meet her Groom. It was a beautiful ceremony. The Bride and Groom looked so happy and relieved that we didn’t get rained on and was able to pull off a beautiful wedding ceremony indoors. The staff at Aspen Sky were so helpful and genuinely concerned about making the Bride happy and providing a beautiful space and because of them, the Bride and Groom looked amazing and happy. We received so many compliments from guests regarding the venue itself and the staff. How beautiful it was and the ambiance was perfect for the wedding. The bartenders were great and attentive all night to each and every guest. I highly highly recommend Aspen Sky for any of your needs from weddings, to corporate events to smaller events. Aspen Sky Winery & Events hosted our wedding and my wife and I were very happy with the results!

When we were selecting venues for our wedding we visited Aspen Sky Winery; the owners told us all about the vision they had for the space and the aesthetic they wanted to achieve for their grand opening leading into the summer! The impressive space came together how the owners had planned it looked beautiful! There were thoughtful places to put decorations and it was an absolutely stress free prep for the day of!

The event space was perfect for the amount of guests we expected and it felt lively and full without being crowded or stuffy in any way. The space outside was lovely and the greenery came in during the summer exceptionally so we had beautiful views and backdrops for both our ceremony and the photos we took throughout the evening.

The event staff were very attentive, responsive, and friendly to all of our guests! They were helpful during setup addressing day-of requests and minor changes. Our day-of coordinator from Aspen Sky was also helpful in acheiving our timeline and addressing moment-to-moment concerns. They were also proactive at avoiding problems before they could occur as well as being reactive to minor issues that arose.

This all helped to ensure our on-site wedding went smoothly and the reception that followed was a success as well! The wonderful staff serving our beverages was responsive, patient, and efficient as they dealt with a larger number of guests throughout the evening!

My husband and I were married here earlier this summer. It was fantastic working with Michelle and Sam. The communication was great and they walked us through every aspect of the evening. They coordinated everything from signature his and her drinks to the wine barrels placement to the layout of all chairs and tables etc. Nothing was left out. The facility itself is AMAZING and our hairdressers and makeup artist raved about the bridal suite. The decor is rustic modern and fit our style perfectly. The up lighting in the rafters is gorgeous and we loved that it had a rustic feel but it’s temperature controlled and has private bathrooms (unlike the barns we had been looking at). We also chose Aspen Sky because everything is on one level and we didn’t have to fear that our elderly guests would trip on anything. We had a gorgeous day and our guests were able to enjoy the outdoor patio. We had so many compliments on our wedding (a lot were local people who had never heard of it and now come for flight nights!) and I recommend Aspen Sky to anyone I know.
