Cousins Subs — Restaurant in Slinger

Terrible, horrible excuse for a manager!!!!! After I placed my order, the poor excuse of a manager actually yelled at me to leave because I have my tiny two pound puppy who is tethered in a bag over my shoulder . She asked it she was a registered service dog and I told her the registration is sent in for her being an Emotional Support Dog. She yelled if I didn't have the paperwork to show her I had to leave. Didn't say I should go to the drive up to pick it up, (maybe she could have done that instead of yelling at me????). I was not eating in the restaurant, just placing an order for my husband and son-in-law. Just needed to finish paying, then I would have gone to the drive up to pick it up, but instead she had to yell at me as though I was a piece of garbage!!!!! It's another one of these places where they stick the credit card reader out the window for you to swipe it and then be put on the spot to give a tip without knowing what service you'll get. Naturally, you feel like they might do something to your food if you don't tip and of course I had to wait forever to get the food. The food was as good as any Cousins but there's plenty of other locations without this tip infestation! I'll never go back there again! Pay your employees properly and stop making the customers pay more for already expensive food! I just want to hand my credit card to the person and get my food! I'm giving 5 stars because I like the food. However I want to note that I find it unappealing to ask customers for a monetary tip when paying. I haven't even received any food. I haven't even tasted it. Nor digested the food and you push a point to suggest or ask for a tip? Do you want to hear about the time in 2001 when I got food poisoning from a Cousins Seafood and Crab sub. Puking for 12 hours? It took me 10 years to come back to a Cousins sub location.
