Came in on a Saturday morning for the scheduled open bowling... I was with my two young boys, two and four years old. They were shockingly rude to me and my family... Open bowl was scheduled to last for another hour, and in so many words told me they didn't want my family to bowl there. I think they saw my young boys and figured we would take longer than an hour to bowl one game... They were so completely rude and both of my boys were then in tears. I was honestly shocked at how mean the woman behind the counter was.
There are many other bowling alleys in the area, so there is absolutely no need that you should have to tolerate such poor service. Do yourself a favor and go...
Read moreWe visit the bowling alley about once a year. Every time we come it is with a large group of family with about 12 kids under the age of 10. The employees are very helpful and accommodating for a large group, especially one with so many young children. The lanes have bumpers, if need be. The young kids loved being able to knock down the pins! They also have a ramp that allows the ball to roll down it and all you have to do is aim the ramp at the pins. We played another 2 games after our first 2, and he didn't seemed pleased for some reason that we were playing more and it was only 9pm on a Saturday.
