I was going to fill out an online survey however my duplicated receipt does not have a transaction number on it for me to complete. We visited tonight and when asking the girl in the drive through window for Zesty sauce and ranch she said she would put it in the bag. I said Thank you, May I have a copy of my receipt? She then rolled her eyes and said it would be on the bag and asked us to pull around front and wait. Our children asked "why did she roll her eyes at you?" I did not appreciate being treated like a burden by asking for a receipt for my purchase or sauces we are entitled to with the purchase of our meals..When a gentleman came out with our food, he was very polite, I asked him where the copy of our receipt was, he said he would have to go back in to print it. He came back out with a duplicate receipt copy..At that time I let him know the ranch we requested was not in the bag. He asked if I could pull back around to the drive through window for the ranch. I am extremely disappointed that this young girl at the window treated me this way, especially in front of my children... Who are taught to be kind to others. I am not writing this review for anything tangible to rectify this poor experience. Just that this maybe will be used as teachable moment to better train their staff on how they approach customers, even if they are not saying rude things, their facial expressions and body language can also display disrespect.. None of which should be tolerated,especially when children...
Read moreVery rude. I had tried going in to look at lobby so I could look at the menu but it was closed due to short staff, although it looked like there were plenty staff there. So I go in the drive thru and asked about a $5 special with chicken nuggets and the lady didn't even know about it and offered me 2 sandwiches when what I wanted was meal. Turned out it was the $5 my way deal so someone might want to let her know. The whole time I was trying to look at menu and order she kept rushing me and thought using the word "ma'am"made it less rude . I was trying to ask questions and I can hear her going "omg" huffy and puffy. Cause "cars were piling up" she said. It's a lunch rush it happens first of all and there were 2 cars behind me.Had she helped me and known her sales at her store it would have went smoother/faster. In the end I didn't even get what I wanted cause of being rushed. Along with it being cold. Worst experience. I am the Assistant GM at another food service and would be very upset and embarrassed mostly if this was happening to my customers. I see I'm not the only one this has happened too either. We are all short staffed and stressed but if you can't handle a lunch rush of 5 cars you shouldn't be working with...
Read more11/03/23 6pm ish. Me and friend go inside store. No more than 8 people (most of which are eating already). Placed order and sat down. Ten or so minutes go by and we hear a man by the registers getting agitated. "I've been here for over 30 minutes, fan I just get my food". Purple hair manager claims they have to do entire drive thru before any inside orders. The two start arguing back and forth. Man demands money back,manager goes to drawer gets money and hands it to man. Man grabs the money, and manager screams ASSAULT!!!!! YOU HIT ME!!!!!! And starts getting hysterical. Man yells back and leaves but manager is just out of her mind. Things calm down we wait longer to go up out of fear the manager will loose her cool again. 48 minutes go by I go up to register, different employee looks and says ohh they never printed tickets. I get handed order it's 100% wrong. I go back up and immediately get handed a different bag with "fresher stuff" which is my correct order. This manager should not be allowed to interact with customers...
