Subway — Restaurant in Smithfield Township

I was in here during rush hour while Travis and another lady (I cannot remember her name) were the ones working. Travis was constantly making sure she was okay and assuring her that she was doing great. Both of them worked together seamlessly until the 3rd person arrives and made sure that all of the people in line inside and outside were well taken care of. Throughout the whole process with about 10 people in line Travis kept up on checking on the other employees and making sure everything was running smoothly. Tired of being disappointed. I have been to this subway several times just for cookies. They are amazing and I would like to get them to keep in the cabinet incase anyone would like a snack but they always run out of chocolate chip. I dont understand it, why cant you make enough to last a whole day or make more and you may have a little to start the next day. It's not rocket science! I ordered a grilled chicken bacon ranch for delivery and it was cut in half, thrown in a brown paper bag, ranch dripped out the bottom of the bag and all over my other items! The manager was rude on the phone and wouldn't let me tell him the problem just said "that's how we make our grilled sandwiches". There is no reason that the sandwich should have been literally thrown in the bag to the point that I had to completely reassemble it! I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS SUBWAY AGAIN!!!
