Subway — Restaurant in Smithville

We used the drive thru around 9pm. The kids working inside were talking & playing around while making our sandwiches. I noticed that they did not heat the chicken for 1 of my wraps & tried to get their attention to no avail. When they brought the food to the window, I asked if they had forgotten to heat it & they said yes but they would quickly remake it correctly for me. Then they promptly carried all our food (drinks, chips, sandwiches) all behind the wall out of sight for several long minutes. The server then brought everything back to the window & said it was all redone & correct. I asked several times were they sure it was remade & was assured it was. I pulled into a parking space to check it & as expected, they hsd lied & it was the same ice cold sandwich and after checking the remainder of our food, all the sandwiches were totally made wrong (including 1 that had massive amounts of parm poured all over it). I gave back all the food & got a full refund but then had to quickly make other plans for dinner. I contacted the manager the following day (especially concerned why they would take all the food/ drinks behind the wall & out of sight) and was promised it would be handled. After 3-4 days she did contact me back & offered me 2 free foot long sandwich coupons after reviewing the video of what had transpired with the employee. However, when I went to pick them up as instructed, lo and behold, it was the SAME employee working & I was told there were no coupons & that I would have to get my 2 free sandwiches from them 😂. I never post reviews but after experiencing something so bizarre today I feel like I have to. I pulled up to the drive thru menu and all employees were sitting outside talking right in front of me. None of them walked inside to help me or said anything to me. I was less than 3ft from them. I then got tired of sitting there waiting for them so I started to pull off as I was pulling off one of them asked about my order and then decided which one of them was going to go in and meet me at the window to give me my order which was placed on line. They didn’t have to do any work but hand me my bag and I sat there for 2 minutes with them just talking and not even acknowledging me. It was terrible service that makes you not even...

NEVER GO HERE! The service is unacceptably slow and the employees do not care. They clearly go slow just to make customers want to not return. After waiting over 15mins in a drive thru I had to honk my horn to even get the employee to walk to the window so I could inform them I was not waiting another 15 mins for my sub that had not been made yet I just wanted my money back. The employee did not apologize but instead got an attitude and walked away refusing to refund my money. After 5 mins of waiting someone finally returned to the window with cash and a receipt. My order was 11.84 and they only gave me $11 in cash so besides being slow and obviously stupid the employee...
