Arrived 12 minutes early for catering order. Didn’t leave until 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Employee kept my catering receipt and couldn’t enjoy the free promo code on the receipt.
Arrived, had to push my way past door dashers to get the front counter employees attention. I was there before the dashers but they were stepping ahead of me, employee didn’t seem to care and ignored walk in customers. Told them I was here for catering, she said “ok they’re working on it.” She didn’t tender my order or tell anyone I arrived. I sat on the corner of the counter for several minutes as I watched the team leaders and maybe a director catching eyes with me, walking by, and ignoring that I have been waiting on the counter for quite awhile. No one checked in on me. I watched as they did nothing to ensure I was being served. I finally got someone’s attention running food, told them I needed my catering and that the employee didn’t tell anyone.
I watch them tender my order, provide my receipt, but then the crew started arguing about the order. My catering was never prepared and I could hear them telling the kitchen to make it. One of the employees kept my receipt, they gave me my order 15 minutes late, after arriving 12 minutes early to ensure it would be made at least somewhat close to on time, and was offered nothing to comp the error and neglect this location provided. I can confirm the 3 stars this restaurant is rated is fairly accurate. The tray had 121 nuggets, but 18 of them were half the appropriate size for a normal nugget. These nuggets maybe weighed 7 grams, that’s how small they were.
Also, the catering had no plates or forks. I had a spoon for my nugget tray, a million napkins, and thankfully got the sauce I asked for. I had to run back out to the store for plastic forks and plates. Yes, I made to sure the catering order reflected plats and utensils needed. Won’t ever return to this location. Saturday around 3 in the afternoon, not that busy at all, their leadership was not around to help and you could sit in the lobby and just watch the odd chaos go on. Staff your team better and train how to serve...
Read moreWent to this chick fil a to pick up my mobile order. When going inside I asked for a container specifically an empty salad bowl container. I asked for this container because I bought grilled nuggets & I use the bowl to mix the sauces in. After asking for the bowl I was greeted with attitude from an associate and even after explaining why I need the bowl. I felt as I was bothering the employees for something not so difficult. After looking at me strangely, the said associate went to her manager, and asked if they are allowed to do that *(I have previously went to others chick fil A’s where it has not been an issue). But still understanding each store is different, I wait patiently for the answer. The manager (white/caucasian) women looked back at me & immediately says it’s a charge to the other associate (African American woman). I told them that it’s okay if it’s a charge and just asked for the amount. After 1st associate went to the register, she was asking said manager “what would it be under” and was having trouble looking for it. The said manager said it’s under sauces. Now the problem was not that their was a charge, it was with the experience and the fact that they could not even find what to charge me for the bowl (which has me think, it shouldn’t have been a charge in the first place). If I was greeted with an exact price and efficiency, I would’ve payed and left but for the experience & the lack of knowledge, I felt as they were just trying to charge me for an empty container purposely. And for the manager to said “Just put it under sauces” has me doubt her efficiency of what to charge items on and so for. This was my first time at this location and disappointed in the service , especially when I came in at an not so busy time. Instead of management being money hungry, it could’ve made for a better guest...
Read moreTo be honest I'm not big on leaving reviews but this location has to be the worst Chick-fil-A in Georgia. Every time I go there they always get my order wrong and then when I asked them to fix it they always get an attitude and then sometimes they don't even rectify what the issue was.
In one situation I asked for no tomatoes and for my chicken to be on the side of my salad because I was taking it to work and I don't like my lettuce wilty. Well this is the only place I know that will charge you extra just for you to put chicken on the side. And when I got my order there was no chicken (which I paid extra just for it to be on the side) then my salad had tomatoes still inside. And of course they didn't give me dressings either. The toppings for the salad where supposed to be for the spicy southwest. I ended up with toppings for a parfait. (Almonds and Granola) And was told "that's what the salad gets" before the girl even looked to see what was wrong with the order.
So to make it easy when I return I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese pickles on the side jalapenos on the side. Well the girl comes out and tells me that they don't have jalapenos even though I've been charged for it already. Then as they hand me my bag they put my cheese in a separate container cold not on my sandwich. Like who does this. The main reason I go to this location is because it's close to my house but now I have no problem spending the extra time and effort going to a different Chick-fil-A knowing that I'll actually get my order right. and I started to notice that it's a common occurrence with a closing shift and they seem to be lazy and don't want to do their job and when they get wrong orders they seem to always have an attitude and not...
