If you have an emergency an cant make your appointment & want to reschedule be advised they try & add a 45 $ fee on your account, they do not tell you this upfront this is a problem... they claim they have people in training but if you are training the first thing you should do is advise them to tell the customer about the 24 he cancellation notice & a fee would be added... Very unprofessional in doing customer's this way. After I left this review I was sent an email of this 45$ fee by Syliva Rankin... So yes to clear this part up, (After Reviewing) I do show it was added on to their account, not personally charged to my card. I was told the fee would be waived & next time a 24 hr notice had to be given or a 45 dollar fee would apply to my account & my card would not be charged until I came back in to get services. This is a response to " The Ownerâ who replied... Let me just start off by stating that the very first time I booked an appointment which you stated was 8/29/2020 which was through "Groupon" the appointment was not a no-show like you claimed it to be. I did in fact cancel that appointment & advised I would call back at a later date to reschedule... so letâs make that "Crystal Clear"! The response to this was so unprofessional as a owner of my "businessesâ I would never respond to any customer by saying the terms "Crystal Clear". Also there was no notes on my so called account, "Your Manager" so you say, didnât even know who called me. I was the one who asked why didnât your company keep notes. Letâs make that "Crystal Clear" as well! There has never been a voicemail left about a cancellation notice. Theses so called notes just appeared when I called & thatâs when Sylvia took over the call & stated she didnât see any notes etc. Thatâs when she went in to advise me about trainees you all have etc. Iâm the one that advised her the account should be notated & previous notes should have been on any customer account, not just mines for future references sweetheart! Train your staff according! An outsider should never have to advise a manager to have notes on any customerâs account period! Do better with responding to customers issues properly & professionally! Your response...
Read moreI had my first session of Laser Hair Removal with Suzanna, and she is amazing! She is so sweet, funny and personable. You can tell she loves what she does and is very knowledgeable about it. She let me know of all the precautions to make sure I got the most out of my appointment while being safe. The company offers great deals and payment options. We got so much more done in the first session than I expected. It is more effective, painless, quicker, cleaner/easier, and convenient than other hair removal methods. And the pricing is similar to what youâd pay for waxing, except after several sessions, it will be long lasting. Overall, Iâm excited about the process and loved my experience with Suzanna!
Edit a year later: Adding that Iâve been very pleased with the results of laser hair removal so far. I had signed up for the Pearl Membership (which has gone up in price lately but I still believe should be worth it) and have been using every session for LHR. Iâd say about 90% of the areas Iâve gotten done donât show any noticeable hair, and thatâs been since my 6 or 7th session. There are very few spots on the lower leg that may have been missed by the laser but not a problem. And any other hair that does show up is literally so thin and light that you really canât see or feel it unless youâre looking very closely at a certain angle of light. Itâs been 100% worth the investment, in my opinion.
I also want to add that the service has always been great. Any time I need to reschedule (giving them at least a couple days notice), they do so very easily with no trouble. They are very good with communication and are accommodating and kind.
Also noting they almost always have a sale going on that includes a LHR package if you are subscribed to their emails, which is a great way to save money and try it out. I think one package should be enough to see...
Read moreI previously bought a package during Black Friday for a body chemical peel last year. I attended just one of my two sessions . Admittedly, I rescheduled two other times but did not show up because I was sick with COVID. I called to reschedule and the second time I just asked to cancel the appointment all together and that I would cancel at a later time. Fast forward to a couple days ago, I called to make my appointment for my third attempt. I was told that I could no longer book with skin stations because I failed to show up for three appointments, when it was actually two. Mind you, I wasnât given a warning on anything my second time canceling, like âhey just FYI if youâre a no show a third time you can longer continue to use our services,â or something of the sort. I was going back and forth with a lady over the phone, it was a busy day but this was during the month of December. I was told that I was âdismissedâ and that I would not be able continue sessions with skinsations. Again, I also was not disclosed of the cancellation policy, or I wouldâve just pushed through and attended my first attempt at my second session; a very important piece of detail youâd think would come up when youâre booking, but it wasnât mentioned to me once until I called to book my third appointment. When I asked my management, she gave a âhuffâ and I hung up on, like I was a nuisance or something for wanting to speak with someone in charge. I called several other times immediately after and every time my call would not go through. Frankly, I have no problem not booking from here anymore because of the rude staff. This was my first time ever using their service, and unless I can come in my second and final session, it will be my last. A lot of their services can be found else where with friendlier staff and better...
