So Christina is working the fuel station at this Kroger tonight 5/4/25 but doesn’t know how to work anything! Why would they put someone incapable of doing the work in a specific position they don’t know? She was fighting with the door trying to get in the booth/office. Everything is locked up and it’s just a little after 9pm. She’s working with 1 arm because the other is in a sling. She claims the guy who worked that role just quit and she was thrown out there. Also said nobody not even a manager in the store knows where the button is to turn on the air for refilling tires. She barely knew how to work the cash register after a couple tries and she says the intercom/microphone doesn’t work. We can’t hear her well. Customers are having to repeat themselves because she isn’t hearing us properly either. This is unacceptable! How is it only 1 guy knew how to run the fuel station out of all the employees including the manager on duty? I had to drive a few miles to get air with my tire very low. I’ve given plenty of money to Kroger. This experience should not have happened like this. Kroger has to do better. This is absolutely ridiculous!

Beautiful store. The selection was vast and the pricing was reasonable. I love the sales and digital coupons.

I came in today to cash a check because my bank is closed and was treated like a criminal. I was told that my check wouldn’t scan and was unreadable but I literally just left a check cashing place and cashed my check with no problem. My check was a refund from an apartment complex right up the street. It could easily be verified. It is SUPER inconvenient dealing with incompetent staff and management. I am sick and instead of cashing my check and going home to rest I had to come to Kroger to get turned around just to drive to a check cashing place that is out of the way from my residence and pay more for fees. How is this a new facility but the check cashing machine doesn’t work? Then the sad part is the screen literally said scan check OR enter the account number and they refused. Kyra, Nigel and whoever the elderly woman is need training ASAP. This is first and last time coming to this new location. I HATE KROGER. It’s ALWAYS something.

This is a tad bit smaller than most of the other Kroger stores that I shop in (Marietta 2200 & 4400 Roswell Road), but it has a deli and bakery. It does not have a sushi, cheese or olive bar. The employees are friendly. I've shopped at this location about 5 times, and on 2 occasions, I needed to talk to someone at the Customer Service counter. Unfortunately, on both occasions, I waited in line for 22 minutes and 24 minutes. On both occasions I was simply trying to inform CS that all of a particular product (croissants and jarred baby food) was past the stamped expiration date. The first time, there was only one rep working and the line was 12 people deep. The second time I was the second in line behind a gentleman trying to send a money gram/Western Union. I heard the rep/cashier tell him that they had a new system and wasn't working as it should. She repeatedly attempted to process his request as the line grew deeper and deeper until there were 16 people behind me. The customer behind me had 2 small children, and she was reaching her boiling point. I noticed that a young female manager was very close by and was chitchatting with a cashier at an open register with no customers and pointed it out to the mom behind me. With that, she called out to that manager asking if she could come and help out. She did, but after logging in to the other CS register, to those of us in line, she shouted out, "I'm only taking people who need money orders." With that 7 people behind me got in her line, and even though I was literally next in line, all 7 went before me. The mom even told the manager that I was here first, but she simply repeated 5hat she was ONLY doing money orders. After ALL 7 customers that got in her line had received their MO, she somewhat reluctantly asked, "What do you need?" To which I plopped the bag of croissants on the counter, told her that all 15-20 bags were over a month out of date, and I simply wanted to point it out to someone. All the while, the original cashier still had not figured out how to send the Western Union for the original customer in front of me --I had been in line 24 minutes when I left. Mind you, this was AFTER I had been in line for a few minutes before I notated the time. This young manager looked over at the long line but only opened another register after a customer called out and asked her to do so; She never apologized for anyone's wait; She took people out of line; The biggest kicker to me is that she not once asked the cashier attempting to process a Western Union if she needed any help doing it. She is definitely not manager material--not yet, anyway. Perhaps with a bit more maturity and lessons on customer service and how to prioritize, she can be re-trained for a management spot. After a 22 and 24+ minute wait at the CS counter, I still went back 3 additional times to shop. On 2 of those 3 trips, I noticed there was again a LING line with only one rep/cashier open. Don't offer the services at this location if you don't have the personnel to cover it. The main reason I've continued shopping here is because of the FANTASTIC service, friendliness and professionalism by an employee in the bakery Dept. I wish I could recall her name, but she's a single mom and LIVES "Law & Order" episodes. She's a true asset to...

The food is over priced and very low quality. The bakery is awful, the meat is not a good option. very few choices to pick from Believe It or Not Publix Walmart and Kroger all get their food from the same company. But Kroger gets to pick last meaning they get to pick what everybody doesn't want. And then they sell it to you the consumers. That's why there bread spoils as soon as you buy it. You come out better shopping at Costco's Sam Walmart Publix. I have noticed lately that Kroger groceries are overpriced for the quality of their food. And I have heard some people complain so we were having a storm this past year 2018 the storm of all storm why was Publix and Walmart groceries cheaper then Kroger. Their food was also fresher. I was closer to Kroger so I stopped in and just picked up some bread and a couple items like some ice cream and some cookies. In order to get soda for $0.89 at Kroger you have to buy 3. You can get soda across the street at Publix for $0.50 all day or for $0.99 all day. The same at Walmart people please stop being fooled. Do the challenge with the bread. It's like the peanut butter test buy a loaf of bread from Walmart buy a loaf of bread from Publix buy a loaf of bread from Kroger give it to a friend and you will see which one is the better brand you also see which one molds faster Kroger is selling spoiled food. I get bacon cheaper at Walmart. I know a lot of people stop shopping at Kroger's I don't know what's going on but that's the worst grocery store to shop at trust me. A gallon of juice for a dollar 99 is $5 at Kroger whoever is there CEO they need to get rid of them. Kroger if you were going to pass on your remodeling to the consumers you could have left the store to wait was there was nothing wrong with it not all of your stores was jacked up just the ones in the hoodšŸ¤”šŸ¤” now you losing customers Walmart remodel and they're not jacking up their price to the point where you looking for somewhere else to shop!! Whoever decision this was...

So I'm only giving 2 stars because the employees are always friendly....including the manager...but I guess I got Mr Jones on a bad day...so I came in to redeem a rain check that I received because the store was out of the item I wanted for several days in October 2017...so I figured I'll keep the rain check when I need it again since I had to go to a Kroger outside my neighborhood to find the item...Eime(cant remember the spelling) was new and didn't know the procedure for rain checks ,(was such an awesome and patient cashier..) called someone for help. The young man looked at the rain check and immediately said " we can't accept this because it's from last year...Which let me further explain: the rain check had no expiration date, or statement including time frame for rain check....so I asked to speak to the manager...being as my family of 7shops this location almost daily...I figured he would take into account that I'm a loyal customer since he would be able to see my shopping history....no go. I spoke when he arrived...he never greeted me, didn't even ask how could he assist me so I had to begin our exchange concerning no expiration date on the rain check...long story short he removed the items and walked away after returning the rain check to me....so I told a good friend that I always boast about Kroger deals to about my experience and she said bring me the rain check and I bet I'll get your items....sure enough the next day she brings it to work with her and the rain check which the other store didn't even collect...I shop Publix now! Support who appreciates your business...consideration...
