I am an employee at this establishment and I'm deciding to leave my own review, hopefully to bring some light to some of the situations that may arise with your experience. In it's current state, this place can get rather hectic. Being across from the Nissan plant means we have a lot of customers who make us their stop before work. Lines can get very long. When we get busy we try to pick up the pace to get everyone through. Everyone in the store has a job to do. If the car in front of you is waiting on a sandwich and the person in the window doesn't appear to be doing anything, outs because our sandwich station is small and they cannot help put you're good together without overcrowding the area. Best they can do is wait for it so they can hand you your food and wish you one your way.
We have recently been under temporary maintenance since or previous one has quit. With that it is possible we may be out of supplies from time to time, such as caramel swirl to flavor your drinks. Keep in mind that we have many good alternatives so it's never bad too try something new if we fail to hold or stock for a busy week.
Dunkin' Donuts' donuts are no longer made in store so it is difficult to resupply depleted donuts. Our basic strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate frosted donuts can be made in store. Our glazed as well so we try to keep those up if possible. The rest, we don't have control over. At about noon is when or supply can start to get much lower so be sure to ask your host to clearly list off our options duo yoy can make an educated decision.
We have been hiring new people to try to keep up with demand so please try to forgive any mistakes. Let us know what you had and what you want and we will remake it.
Exceptional workers to note are TK, Steven, Emily, and Liz. They are very friendly and know their wary around the store to give you exactly what you asked for with a smile. I as well, will try to help everyone at the front counter understand what they want and get it to them with a smile.
I don't particularly love working here but it isn't the worst and many of my customers make my day as much as I try to make theirs. This place has its share of problems as any place would but, do keep in mind, we don't like them any more than you do. Long lines can be agonizing and stressful so we are desperately try to get you all on your way. When a machine breaks down, we hate that we can't get you what you want. That leads to a process of trying to figure something else out on the spot and that's no fun for anyone.
TLDR: This place is understaffed but that is getting fixed. We may run out of things but there are always options so its good to keep an open mind. Also, get to know your host. There are a handful of customers who we will see pull into the lot and have their usual ready before they even order it. We love getting to know you all because, not only does it make work feel more like helping a friend but, we love our regulars.

I have hesitated to write this just because I’m not one to say negative things about anyone but after this last time there I couldn’t hold back anymore. I have been coming to this dd since they opened because it is almost a hundred yards from my apartment and very convient. I would come here at least once a week. I am not over exaggerating when I say that they literally mess my order up every single time. It is incredibly frustrating after a few times when these people cannot fix a simple coffee and a microwave egg sandwich. All the workers I have been helped by seem to always have a attitude as if they don’t like there job. I usually go between 8-9am and they are usually out of the muffins, coffee, or donuts that my family and I want. What restaurant, especially fast food, doesn’t make more throughout the day to keep up with the demand of the customers? For a while I had refused to go back after they had got my order wrong 10 times in a row. But this past week I decided to try it again to just get a simple coffee and a muffin like usual. As soon as I pulled in I asked for a cold brew and a blueberry muffin. What do ya know? They were out... of both the coffee and muffin. I took a deep breath and said ok just a blueberry munchkin and a small hot coffee. I pulled around and they were training a new girl at the window. She handed me my coffee and then asked what kind of donut I had ordered. The brand new employee had an attitude about it the entire time when she was asking for my card and what donut I wanted. Read moreTREATED Horribble, Worst Dunkin and service ever. Pulled up in drive-thru only car in line. No one answers just sit there and wait... then finally a Sydney says picking up a to-go order I said no. Then she say I need you to wait.... then we sat there for minutes until she said what's your order. Then I ordered 2 coffees. Then she cut me off and never asked is there anything else or are you done with your order after I ordered just the 2 coffee's she cut me off and said pull forward. Got to the windows didn't say hi was so UNFRIENDLY I went to pay and when she handed me my receipt I said thank you, and no reply. Closed window and had us wait a few more min. Then finally looked behind me a few cars now in drive-thru she tells us to pull forward and she will bring coffee out. Then we wait forever 4 cars were served and left in the time we waited for 2 coffees. So finally one of us walked in and they were SUPER DISRESPECTFUL. They didn't even start our 2 coffees yet and we were the first people there. Worst experience everytime I come here this just was the last straw!!! Go to DUTCH BROS and get treated the right way!
