6/28/24 UPDATE: never heard back from here so that says ALOT Placed an online order at 8:00 pm for pickup at 8:15. I arrive to pick up order and both doors are locked, I notice a younger man in the back on his phone. I return to my car to see if I had wrong location, I didn’t. Some woman then pulls up, he opens the door for her. They clearly knew each other from the conversation they had at the door, So I go in with her. He tells me he doesn’t have my order even tho I showed him my order receipt on my phone, but he has this lady’s. I was like so what am I supposed to do? I just spent my last $10? Clearly upset because this was supposed to be my only meal for the day and I got robbed of it. He told me I shouldnt have an attitude and offered no sympathy. How would you feel if you came into a place where you spent your last $10 only to find out they are too lazy to prepare your food.    Read moreThe two young guys whom took my order and gave me my food had no customer service skills at all. The tall lighter complexion young guy came from the back and didn’t even acknowledge me standing in front of him. I asked him “Are you ready,” and he just stood there. Then he kind of cut his eyes up to me as to say he was ready. So I just started giving him my order. You could barely hear him as he was speaking. He still got my order wrong which meant the guy making my order got it wrong as well. So the darker complexion young guy with glasses told me my food was ready. He had a sub bag and a big bag right beside each other so I thought all the food was mine because I ordered a lot. As I proceeded to walk off with the food he asked me in a very low voice” Did you order DoorDash?” I had to keep saying “huh” because he would never raise his voice for me to make out what he was saying. Once I understood him, I said no. Then he said, “that’s not your order.” If you guys don’t want to do a good job at your job, if you don’t want to be there, then you shouldn’t be working.    Read moreUnprofessional and rude to patrons when you ask questions. Tried to call in an order and the “mgr” was extremely rude. We asked for the name of the mgr and was told we don’t have to give you that information. We asked bc the person who was picking up the order is disabled and we just wanted to know so he could ask when he got there for help when carrying out the order to his car. Not only were we told no but when he got there the same person was rude and wouldn’t even help him to the car as he is missing one leg and has to use crutches . The “mgr” could barely be understood on the phone as they mumble and won’t speak clearly and was unhelpful. On a previous encounter w the same person we were promised a credit from the general mgr Joe. When we asked for the credit we were told no such credit existed and we still had to pay for our meals.
