As soon as we walked in I knew we would be in good hands because he had Elvis pictures hanging up. Haha. So I ordered the white pizza it has olive oil, garlic, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese and I added black olives and pepperoni. Absolutely delicious. For the price it's very big and has very generous slices. The crust is delicious. It's crisp and full of flavor. The pepperoni had a bit of a kick and they offer you crushed red pepper, parmesan, and Italian seasoning which made it even better! The owner is very nice. He is the real deal from Manhattan NY and it reflects in his food! I also ordered the Lemoncello cake, it was amazing. It was very moist (I hate that word) and it was just bursting with lemon flavor but real lemon not artificial. It melted in my mouth. It's creamy and absolutely scrumptious. A guilty pleasure treat for sure! They have something for everyone. My mother is vegan and anything can be created vegan. She loved her veggie...
Read moreThis place is absolutely disgusting. For starters, it’s not Italian at all. It is Athens Greek Gyros but it shut down due to lack of business and reopened as this place. Same workers, same everything. I ordered chicken parmigiana ($14.50) and a slice of pepperoni pizza. The chicken was no where near cooked. Definitely not edible. The pizza was just as repulsive. My dog wouldn’t even eat the pepperoni. Basically, the food ended up in the trash. I read the reviews on here before I gave it a shot, and I am now 100% sure the workers write them from different accounts. No one in their right mind could eat that food and tell me it was worth $20 or even $1. In fact, I couldn’t be paid to eat whatever it is they sell (definitely not food) again. Save your money, that was $20 thrown in the trash. I give this place a few more months and it will either be a Mexican joint (since Greek and Italian failed) or shut down. I...
Read moreFrom reading the reviews I learned that this is a fairly new pizza place, so the total reviews is off. I understand that this used to be a Greek type restaurant that closed and reopened as a pizza place, and the reviews for both now make up the score. Now I have never had New York style pizza before, and I have no basis of comparison. I was not impressed. We ordered a create your own pizza with mushroom, red onion, and red bell pepper. So, for 4 toppings (including cheese), 18" pizza, with tax and delivery it was about $32. We received a pizza that was ok, but very bland. It seemed the sauce was just tomato sauce. No herbs or flavor, just tomato. We seasoned it up ourselves and it was passable. Overall, great delivery time. We were told 50 mins and it got there in 30. But we most likely won't order again because the quality of the pizza we got (vs the price)...
