Unprofessional. First of all, it took almost half an hour to go through the drive thru to get two cinnamon raisin biscuits. I pulled into a parking space to eat the cinnamon raisin biscuits. They were both hard as a rock and had a funky taste to them. I've eaten cinnamon raisin biscuits many times at other Hardee's locations and they were always soft and tasted great. I don't know what they are doing different at this location but it's not working. So I managed to force myself to eat one biscuit and was going to try to just eat the other one and go on my way. After finishing the first biscuit I had a nasty after taste in my mouth and it was so gross that it made me lose my appetite. I used my plastic spoon like a pick ax to chip away at the biscuits and managed to eat a couple more bites but it was even worse than the first biscuit if you can believe that. I got out of my car and took the remaining biscuit into the store and showed the manager. I told her the biscuit was hard as a rock and didn't taste right. She said she couldn't give me a refund because I ate a whole biscuit. I asked her to touch that biscuit and see how hard it is. She didn't touch it but she said that those biscuits were fresh and had just came out of the oven. She called her district manager and supposedly her district manager told her to give me two more cinnamon raisin biscuits as compensation but to not give me a refund. I told her no thanks on giving me two more biscuits because the biscuits she was trying to give me were from the same batch and were cooked the same time as the ones that I was complaining about. I asked her if she would just refund me for one biscuit since I only ate one and she still refused. So, I left and called the corporate number. They are sending me coupons for two free thickburgers in the mail. I told the lady on the phone that I'm afraid to order breakfast at this location anymore. I wouldn't suggest getting any cinnamon raisin biscuits at this store because they don't cook...
Read moreI was in there about a week ago with my wife. We go there usually once a week for lunch. I was never more disturbed by the manager named Jacob assuming with the name on his shirt. The way he was talking to an employee was very uncalled for. Someone needs to talk to him about how to talk to employees females at that!!! I watched the girl walk to the bathroom with tears in her eyes. If this is who you have running the place you are going to lose business very quickly!!! You lost a loyal customer and being a police officer word of mouth is a very powerful thing and will probably lose a lot more customers besides my wife and I. If you need some professional classes the county does offer anger management classes but the way he talked to that young lady I honestly couldn't tell you if it...
Read moreLocated just off the corner of Enon Springs and Lowery St. Enter from Lowery or Enon Springs, although if you enter from Enon Springs on the weekends, be prepared to wait due to popularity. Parking in their adjacent lot and going inside is sometimes easier than the drive through. Very popular for breakfast and lunch. Love that they brought back the loaded omlette biscuit!! Can't go wrong with their bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit or the steak biscuit. Like the hash rounds as well although they can be a bit greasy sometimes. Hash rounds and their biscuits reheat well in microwave or oven if needed. But reheating takes all the fun out of eating there. Unless of course you get extra for the next day. And then it's totally acceptable to reheat, just...
