I had high hopes for this place, and thought it would meet my in & out cravings with fresh burgers. We stood in line for 15 min to order and then it took 25 min to receive our order. The burgers were juicy and looked good but the meat really lacks flavor. The breaded mushrooms were good, but the amount for the price wasn't worth it. It says they give you 10 but I only got 8, and only 1 was bigger than the size of a nickle, so really just the crumbs from the bottom of the bag. We were really deceived with the "Kustard," because we found out after ordering it, that it isn't really custard, instead it is low fat soft serve ice cream. They say "it's so smooth they call it Kustard." Having custard in your name weather it's spelled right or not is very misleading. It reminds us more of Ice milk, or frozen yogurt rather than even ice cream. If you want good real custard at a reasonable price it's best to stick with Culver's. I was also excited that they had cherry dip, but it didn't have flavor either. We were so excited to try this place with the high praise it has received in the past, but we really aren't seeing the hype. We got 2 double cheese burgers, a medium shake, a medium Sunday (far from a Sunday because they didn't put the topping in the middle of all that ice cream either it was just on top,) a coke, mushrooms, and onion rings for $33!
