Tonight my boyfriend and I ordered 2 pizzas, stuffed garlic knots, and 2 cups of marinara sauce. We received the order shortly after we placed it and began to dig in. I dipped one of my bread knots into my cup of marinara and immediately noticed it tasted VERY off..almost spicy??? I looked at it and realized it was so spoiled it was literally bubbling from the bacteria. We weren’t angry at first and understood things happen. We decided to call the store and let them know that the sauce was bad and that maybe they should toss the batch. The store didn’t answer despite sill being open. We were redirected to what I guess was a “customer service” line and the man on the phone was unhelpful and rude. He told us that we would just have to take the sauce back to the store and get it replaced. We then asked to speak to the manager of the store directly. He stated we would need to speak to a “supervisor” first. We were directed again to a “supervisor” who was not even associated with the store. When we told her what happened all she said was “oh. Was the anything else wrong with the food. Was it hot?” We said the actual food was fine. After a solid 5 minutes of silence she stated that we will receive a 10 dollar rebate. We said AGIAN we just wanted to speak to the store to let them know. Her response was literally “well. They are busy they can’t answer the phone. I will try to let them know”
You’re serving people a VERY commonly ordered sauce that is so spoiled it is BOILING with bacteria and you will just “try to get ahold of the store to inform them” okay. We will never order again and we will be paying a visit to the store tomorrow to speak with a real manager face to face. Terrible customer service. Mediocre...
Read moreMy recent visit to Pizza Hut was solely motivated by my irresistible craving for their cheese sticks, despite being on a diet. And boy, was it worth it! The cheese sticks at this location are simply divine, hitting all the right notes of flavor and texture. They truly turned out amazing, satisfying my craving to the fullest.
However, it's worth noting that this Pizza Hut is on the smaller side, suggesting that they primarily rely on call-out orders rather than offering a dine-in experience like some of their counterparts. While this setup may not be ideal for those seeking a restaurant ambiance, it does make for quick and efficient service.
Speaking of service, the customer service at this location was decent, though nothing exceptional. I found the staff to be friendly enough, but there wasn't anything that particularly stood out in terms of attentiveness or going above and beyond.
One aspect that did disappoint me was the price of the cheese sticks. As a side item, I found the cost to be quite alarming and it left me feeling less than thrilled about my overall experience.
In conclusion, while Pizza Hut delivered on the cheese sticks front and offered decent service, the steep price of the side item leaves room for improvement. If you're willing to overlook the cost, you'll definitely enjoy the cheesy goodness this place...
Read moreSEVERAL things wrong here. got estimate of 35 min for my "triple treat box", arrived in 50 min. one of the pizzas had about 75% cheese coverage - not great but acceptable. the other pizza had maybe 25% cheese coverage and looked utterly terrible - probably worst pizza i've seen. at this point we had eaten two slices of pizza and two breadsticks, and we stopped eating anything else. i called and they said they'd redeliver. i'm giving them 2 stars instead of one since they at least were nice about redelivering. then a whole hour passes, and i call back to just ask for a refund, and after being on hold for 10 min or so, of course the guy finally shows up. this time things were all ok, except that it had gotten a bit cold, AND for some reason they stuffed the marinara cup down into the cookie, and when i pulled it up, it took a bunch of chocolate up with it.
so all this adds up to really awful service. will not be ordering from pizza hut in...
