If you’re ever near the 7 Brew location in Snellville and want not just a drink, but an experience, do yourself a favor and hope that Barista Sania is the one at the window or bar. I don’t usually write reviews, but when someone goes above and beyond the way Sania does—both in customer service and genuine warmth—it absolutely deserves to be recognized.

From the moment I pulled up, Sania greeted me with such authentic energy. Her smile was infectious, and there was something about the way she said, “Hi, how’s your day going?” that actually made me feel like she meant it. You don’t get that kind of sincerity often, especially in fast-paced drive-thru settings. She wasn’t just taking an order—she was creating a moment.

Sania was super knowledgeable about the 7 Brew menu and offered great suggestions based on what I was in the mood for. I mentioned that I was indecisive between something fruity or something creamy, and she lit up with ideas. She walked me through her personal favorites, recommended a custom mix that I never would’ve thought to try—and let me tell you, it was hands down one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. You can tell she knows her craft and actually enjoys helping people discover new favorites.

But it wasn’t just the drink (though it was perfect, no lie). It was her vibe. Sania made the entire experience feel personal, like you were chatting with a friend who happened to be handing you the best iced drink ever. She’s the kind of person who brings light to your day, even if you were just planning a quick coffee run.

The customer service industry can be demanding, yet Sania handled everything with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Even when there was a line, she didn’t rush or make anyone feel like an inconvenience. She balanced speed and quality like a true pro.

7 Brew—you’ve got a gem of an employee in Sania. People like her are rare. She’s the reason I’ll go out of my way to come back to this location. In a world full of fast, impersonal transactions, Sania is a reminder that great service, heart, and human connection still exist.

They started off strong but unfortunately I’m already starting to see the service and quality decline. Today was a sad experience. Usually the servers are so sweet and friendly and I have zero issues with my order. Today was a bad combination of both. First the girl came out and picked up the tablet and just stared at us. I assumed she was ready to take our order since she didn’t bother to greet us in any manner. After she took my order she gave me the total without even asking if I wanted anything else even though there was another passenger in the car. I told her my daughter hadn’t placed her order. After we were done ordering for whatever reason the poor girl couldn’t get my phone number right to save her life. I gave her my number a total of 4 times and she still didn’t get it right. Finally I pulled up my loyalty account for her to scan the qr. I kept hearing the tablet click like she was taking a picture of it instead of scanning it. I thought she’d finally gotten it figured out but needless to say when I checked my account later my last visit was still the prior visit, not today, and my rewards point hadn’t changed. On top of the semi- chaotic ordering experience the drinks were awful. I had an oat milk brunette and I may as well just ordered a tall cup of oat milk. Zero flavor just tan milk. Once we got home my daughter asked if we had any caramel coffee syrup. I tasted her caramel chiller and it was equally bland. Idk if they ran out of caramel syrup or they are cutting back but this was a bad experience and I probably wont be patronizing as much as I use to. $14 bucks and a 25 min drive...

I want to preface this with positives. The people that work here are SUPER nice! A bit over staffed but it's a new establishment and they're ironing out kinks and training. I love the near endless options available for drinks. With the Sonic closed down the road this is a great place for a refreshing drink.

However, i do not think this establishment is for people like me. I've visited exactly four times. Enticed to try something new I ordered one of their seasonal specialty iced coffees. The first time it tasted as expected and was worth every penny. I was enthusiastic to join their membership anticipating trying future coffee combos.

The problem is the next three times I visited the exact same drink has NEVER been the same. The second time they corrected it and I appreciated it. The third time it wasn't even close but I was in a rush so I didn't finish it. The fourth time was a problem. It seems they used whole milk instead of oat milk and I spent the rest of the day and next morning super sick. I'm very intolerant of milk and let's just say I had a bad time.

I would flip to their drink refresher options but none are low sugar or there's very limited sugar free options available.

So for me, inconsistent coffee, dangerously wrong order and few low sugar or no sugar options for their refresher drinks makes this not for me. Which is a shame because it was a convenient spot and the...
