Read morei am very disappointed with my experience at this Chick Fil A i went in line to order my food like I do at every Chick Fil A, this time I used Apple Pay because I never used it before and I wanted to try it to see how it works. The guy took my name my order and I paid then I went to drive to the window. I waited behind a couple of cars I slowly started seeing Chick Fil A workers walking pass me to give orders to customers who ordered after me... I thought it was strange at first but i didnt say anything but i got all the way to the window I still saw the workers giving food to people who paid and ordered after me and i was slowly starting not to see any cars behind me and i ordered way before them and All I ordered was a 5 count kids meal! The employees keep looking at me then walked pass me to give the food to another person who was behind me .. I even at one point heard them laughing everytime they did it. I felt like they were being racist and only doing it because I was black. I am completely upset because I have never had this experience at a chick fil a .. I was very sad and almost cried ... Read moreI wish I could give more than 5 stars! Chick-fil-A sets the bar high when it comes to service, but this location has blown the others away! The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Me and my 3 young kids visited with my brother, sister-in-law and young nephew. The kids loved the playground (yes, this one has a playground that is OPEN) while we waited for our food. The staff helped bring our drinks to the table. Then we met Mr. Watson. He made sure there was enough room for all of us, and he was so kind and friendly; completely genuine. His smile was so inviting. At one point he overheard us comment on how gross the glass on the inside of the playground was because of our kids hand prints. He said, “dont worry about that. Let them have fun. We’re here to clean it.” He continued to check on us throughout our meal, and then insisted we leave our trash on the table for him to take care of. I gathered most of it into a bag, and he said that was unnecessary. He stated he was there to serve us. Another employee brought us our ice dreams I had ordered on the app. When I thanked him, he said, “no, thank you! It is my pleasure to serve you!” This was a teenager! I was so impressed.
