I have been a customer of Frontera on HWY 78 for over 10 years going probably on average 1-2/month. In the last 2-3 years the restaurant has slowly been sliding down hill and now has hit rock bottom.
I went to the restaurant with my family and we ordered an adult chicken chimichanga for my children, a steak one for me and steak tacos for my wife. The beef was horrible and tasted very old and almost rotten. I spit it out. The grilled chicken of my kids chimichanga wasn't rotten, but poorly cooked.
I had to get up to ask for a manager, and then waited 10-15 minutes for her to come out as she was in a meeting. She offered to remake our food. By this time I was ready to go and I wanted to just pay for my kids meal. They charged me for not just their meal but for the drinks my wife and I had.
I believe if you serve someone bad food you don't charge them for the drinks and you try to compensate them. I will not go back to this restaurant and I am not likely to go to any other...

This restaurant needs a whole new wait staff (except Ismael, who probably was smart enough to work elsewhere). We will...

Plenty of complementary chips and homemade salsa. We had a great experience. My youngest received a balloon on the way out with teddy graham bag attached on the end. Cute idea for the...
