I want to start off on a positive note - Arianna is the absolute best! Her customer satisfaction and customer service is TOP TIER!! Unfortunately, after she laid such a great foundation, the remainder of my visit at this location was absolutely horrible. Jayden instructed me to move from the drive thru line to the parking lot for my family meal (30 count grilled nuggets, large fruit bowl and a large lemonade) but failed miserably at communicating to his team members that I moved so the meal would be delivered promptly. Arianna noticed I was still waiting for a meal she rang up 10 minutes ago and mind you at this point she is off but she went back in to check on the status of my order. Moments later Arianna is followed by another employee, Tahlil, who is carrying my meal…FINALLY. I make him aware of how displeased I was with the service (with the exception of the service received from Arianna) and he’s says okay as if it has been normalized. He did not offer anything to rectify the situation which could have guaranteed a returning customer so I asked and it took an additional 10 minutes for two cookies. Chick-fil-a typically has amazing customer service from beginning to end. I understand this location is new and acclimating themselves but the importance of communication and impeccable customer service should have been mastered by tge staff prior to the doors being opened to the public. This will be my first and last visit - I will continue to patron at the Stone Mountain location on Stone...
Read moreOkay so I visited this location, asked for ice when I went inside and they had the audacity to examine my receipts and then proceed to tell me they can only fill one of my cups with ice. Ice is free I thought LOL. If you mess up an order they are quick to give you free cookies/brownies but give you hell when all you're asking for is ice because your iron is low at the moment and you need it. This Chick-fil-A does not meet the standards of all the other locations that I visited. I visit the Scenic Highway location twice a day everyday and have never had an issue. The Centerville location is 2 minutes from my home and after today's experience I will continue to travel the 15 minutes to visit the scenic highway location since they don't treat me like a criminal when all I ask for is a cup of ice. To make things worse, the manager cosigned this Behavior. I ended up ordering a cup of water and two cups of ice through the drive-thru and was able to receive it with no problem. I don't understand what the difference is between me physically walking inside the store asking for ice and me ordering it through the app and getting it with no issues. This is ridiculous. This will be the last time I visit this location, yes all because I was denied a free cup of ice. If you think I'm joking all you have to do is ask them to pull the mobile order from September 30 at around 7:00 p.m. I believe the order...
Read moreI’ve been eating Chick Fil A for years. I’ve used Chick Fil A catering services for years. I’ve never experienced bad service until now. This is my second time ordering from this location and it will be my last. I ordered food through my mobile app and utilized the mobile drive thru. I waited 30 minutes for my food to arrive. 30 minutes! Some cars behind me received their food and some were stuck just like me. How on earth does it take 30 minutes to get two salads and two drinks. I was the first car in the mobile drive thru and no one checked in to follow up to see what my name was, what my order was to figure out why am I sitting there for so long. I had to flag someone down and ask what’s going on with my order?! When I finally got my order and driving away I noticed that there was no salad dressing to go with my salads that I clearly stated on the receipt I wanted. I had to go inside and wait to receive my salad dressings. No apologies, no courtesy whatsoever which is not, in my opinion, what the Chick Fil A culture has always been. I will continue to patronize other locations but I am thoroughly disappointed with my service at the Centerville...
