Customer service could be better. Came to this location and made a mistake by accidentally dropping a bag of flower. I apologized and offered to pay for the product which other grocery markets would chop it up as an honest mistake and let it go. The sister of the lady running the shop was ringing up customers and the actually lady who runs the shop was on phone behind the counter talking on the phone with someone else and letting them know I dropped the item and now she has to come and clean it up, discussing me as though I weren’t standing there. I will never return to this store. Jamaicans need to learn what good customer service looks and sounds like. There are other Caribbean markets as competitors, when someone makes it their business to visit your establishment and spend their hard earned money, you should...
