I am currently unemployed so I have started doing Instakart to pay them barely…. I had been up for almost two days when I had an order for that store for balloons, the order was for like 10 foil ones and 15 regular ones. The original person that came out to help me acted like it was such a bother to her to help a customer! She told me that they do not blow up the packaged balloons they sell and so I had to cancel half the order, they weren’t even in stock. The store didn’t seem organized to me, product was mixed and put everywhere randomly. The older lady that acted bothered finally walked off without helping me get the rest of the balloons! I was like “seriously???”, “I have an Instakart order that’s on a time limit!!!”…. The other cashier came over to help me after she was done cashing out the other customers…. Taylor was so nice and accommodating to my need to fill the order she even helped me to flatten the balloons to scan each one!!! I was so happy she was there to help me because I was so flustered and I am new to the Instakart platform. Taylor really went above and beyond her duties to help me!!! I think that she needs the Manager job at that store, I think the rude older woman that didn’t seem interested in helping me was the Manager…. Definitely need some restructuring at that location!!! Read moreEvery time we go in this store there are long lines and the store is a wreck. Just last night my daughter brought my 3 year old grandson in the store. The manager Karen was on the register. It was about 8:30 pm when my daughter got there. My daughter asked Karen if they could use the restroom. She explained that she was potty training and my grandson stated he had to go. Karen said "yes, but hurry up". My daughter then asked where the bathroom was and Karen said "over by the toys". The bathroom is not by the toys at all. Needless to say after looking for the restroom and not finding it, my grandson had an accident. I asked my 8 yr old grandson to tell me what happened at the Dollar Tree and he said the same thing my daughter said except he added that the woman was mean to them. Customer service is horrible cashiers attitude is terrible & she should not be working in customer service at all, very unpleasant. They have side bar conversations not work related and/or stock while customers wait. I shop there multiple time per week & this one particular cashier Trevia I believe her name is, always exudes negative energy & talks to select customers very rude and aggressive. After the last encounter with her I will never shop at this Dollar Tree again. I would say she needs customer service training but that’s her character no training can change character flaws she needs to be terminated & find a job where her misery will...
