Arby's — Restaurant in Snohomish

Well, I should have checked for my review from who knows how long ago, but, unfortunately I didn't.

HOWEVER, I ordered tge Philly Cheesesteak AGAIN and this one had lots of meat. So, that was cool. But, it wasn't meat like the typical Arby's roast beef. It was dry chunks of meat, some very chewy. Not great, but very cheesey! Much better than my rebiew a year or so ago (see below).

What I am disappointed in is their inferior app.. It is very minimally useful and insists on joining their scam of a coupon app, before giving any "deals". Then, after suffering through with their annoying app., it insisted that I pay thru it, to get the deals. I do NOT put credit card info on my phone and sure the hell NOT in any app.. I am very disappointed. Arby's can learn from McDonalds who has a very useful app that allows deals and free items WITHOUT insisting on my credit card and it allows me to pay at the register!

Now, after being tricked and disappointed I will make sure to AVOID going to Arby's. McDonalds is my kind of place. It's such a "happy place"!

Arby food is inferior (They expanded to have too much now to properly control.) and their app is useless.

Doesn't Arby's brag about "we got the meat"?

Well, I just got the new Phillycheese steak sandwich with garlic sauce and I can tell you honestly, there is NO meat!!!

I called to speak with the manager, who first of all sounded like he had no clue what I was talking about when I said I had their new sandwich with garlic sauce on it. I had to say "Phillycheese steak", before he knew what I meant.

When I described that there was absolutely no meat in the sandwich, only white sauce with garlic, peppers and small flat, tiny squares that taste like mushrooms, the managers said "THAT is the meat"! :-o

So, do NOT expect any roastbeef or real meat in the new Phillycheese Steak sandwiches. It is just another scam, which seems to be the norm nowadays.

DISGUSTING!!! I am so disappounted in Arby's. Quality has gone...

Recently went thru the drive up at the Snohomish Arbys... I ordered fries with NO salt!! Got salt on my fries! So I went inside to get NO salt fries! They took the fries I had tested (I took a bite of a fry then threw it back in the container) and put them back in the fryer!! I asked what they were doing? Their response was "that's how we get the salt off the fries!" I asked for fresh fries with NO salt!! I couldn't believe what I had witnessed!! You don't take food back from a customer and put it back in the fryer!!! First of all, you have already cooked the fries! Putting them back in the fryer is only going to overcook them and make them greasier!! Then I asked to speak to the manager.... he only stood there and looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language!! The server that had originally tried to help me was standing there with a stupid grin on her face! Wonder what the Health Dept would say about putting already served food back in the fryer!??? They should have just thrown the original fries in the trash and started over!!! Everyone there at the time was very young and did not understand my concern about putting those already served fries back in the fryer!! So unsanitary!!!! Won't be back to that store!! Been going to Arby's for YEARS and my husband works in Snohomish so it's convenient for us but...

Do better. From the fact that they cannot accept cards, no one is in front to talk to when you need something, to the cold roast beef sandwiches that elicited eyerolls when we asked if they could be remade (which in Arbyspeak means "microwave until hot"), then over to the backtalk from the "cook" when I said that our turnovers were also stone cold (No, they're not"). This is a sad place to work. The people are all sad there and it shows.

I saw they had some sort of award on the wall for "most improved sales"... wouldn't have anything to do with the fact that the area has seen such a population boom. I give the apathy and "Quiet Quitting Award" to this location.

And the final indignity? The two apple turnovers we ordered, the ones that were cold? The ones that they microwaved for us? Well we took 'em home and microwaved them and turns out, they were cherry.

Bravo, Arby's. Bravo.
