Iām going to start this by saying that I used to work at Starbucks for years, so my standards may be higher than the average customer. Iāve been coming here almost daily after dropping my daughter off at school and havenāt ever seen a store in such disarray. This store is clearly understaffed, dirty, the bar is always spilled on and covered in grime. I have always had to ask someone to clean off a table because they are sticky and covered in crumbs, and they reluctantly do it. No one has ever asked me how my day is going, or even tried to connect or make eye contact. Every time I order a drink in the lobby it takes at least 10 minutes to receive it, Iāve waited up to 18 minutes for a water. Every day I hear employees complaining or being rude to each other. Itās definitely not a welcoming environment and I am frustrated that I donāt want to come back here since itās so close to my daughters school. I am sure a lot of this comes from being understaffed, I see the same employees every time I come in and I feel bad for them. The bathrooms are always clean though, which is a positive. Iāve never seen a manager or anyone in charge working or help...

Being the standard fot Starbucks is like ordering from what seems like most fast food places is my with me since I just assume that they don't want a tip. What really irritated me though let's bring a cup and asking them if they could rinse it out. With water mind you before putting my drink in it after dozens are hands touch it and the employee is put out and rude. Further more when he contact Starbucks, they have you give them a call when on the phone for a 1/2 hour and then do nothing about the situation.

However, today I went through the drive through with my mom, & the barista was incredibly friendly when taking our order & at the window, but when given the option to tip, my mother didnāt & the barista totally flipped & was sarcastic with my mom. I was a partner with Starbucks for 3 years, & I completely understand the stresses of the job & celebrate that you are given the option to tip via credit card now, but itās super unfair to lash out at customers because they didnāt tip. The only reason my mom didnāt is because itās Christmas & spending is a little tighter this year, she normally tips quite well. I canāt imagine ever being rude to someone because they didnāt tip me.
