Huxdotters Coffee — Restaurant in Snoqualmie

Ordered a blended raspberry redbull and it tasted like coffee. I’m assuming it’s because they don’t clean their blender properly as my girlfriend who was an ex employee (for 3 days because the immature manager didn’t “like her vibe”) told me. It is owned by a mom and her daughter who are both very unprofessional, accusatory, and outright insane. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to get sick from how disgusting their equipment is due to their laziness and inability to properly clean. It’s a shame that two grown adults cannot act professional and keep up with daily shop “hygiene”. Save your money and give it to an amazing, clean, and friendly establishment such as huxdotter in north bend for example. Not going back. I’ve never really have any problems directly. But I’ve known a few people who have worked here. Lovely people who were treated like dirt by the owner. She may act nice and polite to her customers but not her employees. I’ve also heard horror stories about what goes on behind the scenes. Things that would make anyone with a food handlers card cringe. So unfortunately I won’t be going back. I’d much rather spend my money somewhere where the employees are treated well and somewhere I know is clean inside and out. Update: I don’t know what “friend” you are referring to. I found this quaint little place by a quick google search since I was around the area and was in desperate need for a good cold drink and thought what's better than an iced coffee on a hot day? So this place came up and honestly it was the name that drew me in - Brewing Awakening - is such a cute name and I thought with "brewing" in their name, it should have good coffee. I mean, that's makes sense, right? And I was right! I ordered a basic mocha iced coffee and it was strong, not too much ice and prepared very well.
