Rico's has great food cooked to perfection you will never be shorted anything they are great people but they forget that they are running a business and feel like they're at work and act like they don't want to be there and that ruins a business and it's clientele suffers from that because they feel like they're so busy that they don't want to deal with it and it's very obvious. You can't run a business that way you have to put on your work face smile and serve everyone, otherwise you won't have all that business to be aggravated about. the little things matter whether your business is wanted or you're a bother because you asked questions u can you take about 15 seconds of your time to answer, that's not okay your business will not survive that way. you treat every customer like they're your only customer otherwise you have no customers. I don't care how good your food is. the scoffs and deap breaths just lost a long time customer and it was unnecessary because you had a bad day but that's okay you can handle to lose one but don't keep it up or you won't have any and you'll be finding something else to do for your money. We have been getting our pizzas to go here for 6-7 years. Recently I have noticed the pizzas are not done. They are actually lukewarm in the middle. We don’t open them until we reach home, which is a 25 minute drive up the mountain. Yesterday, 16 Feb, I ordered a Medium Chef Special and a Medium Vegetarian. We went straight home and opened the boxes and both were not evened browned. The middle of the pizzas were COLD. The cheese wasn’t even melted throughly. I called and told them. They apologized and told me to bring them back and they would fix them. Both pizzas seemed to be missing normal ingredients. Not tasty as usual. We placed them in the oven to heat. Still not edible. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I went back and they replaced the pizzas at no charge. If I order another pizza from them I certainly will open the box in the restaurant and check it for ingredients as well as doneness. By the way, before this started happening I used to brag about this being the best Pizza Place...

The girl in the front has the absolute worst attitude! My step dad came in tonight to get pizza because we like their food and he stood there and she wouldn’t even look at him and this has happened probably 3 times prior!!! He asked a simple question “can I get a half and half pizza?” she ignored him. She finally looks up and say “ DO YOU WANT A PIZZA?” Where he then replies “well I asked you a question, can I get a half and half pizza?” She responded with “YES! DO YOU WANT A PIZZA!?” He said “ well I was going to but you have bad attitude!” And walked out. Needless to say he went to Rafael’s down the street where they were very nice!
