Northern Lights Espresso Sweets & Treats Cafe — Restaurant in Soldotna

I don't drink coffee, so I figured I would see what they had for treats. I was not disappointed they have quite the variety. The atmosphere and staff were excellent. I settled on what was believed to be a raspberry cake it turned out to be a very delicious strawberry instead. The cake was moist and had a great texture. The frosting was very tasty and just the right amount of sweetness. The strawberry jell filling was perfect texture, thickness, and flavor to balance every bite. The size of the serving was plenty for sharing. The price I felt was a touch high for a slice of cake, but it was yummy. I will definitely try some of the other desserts...

10/10 recommend. Halle was fantastic truly appreciate her! I’m from out of town and asked about the “Grizz’s attitude”. She explained what it is perfectly. Ended up getting a 24oz and let her pick the flavor she did phenomenal and had a fun color changing straw! Tasted amazing and helped me get through my 18 hour day. Cafe is very cute and clean. It felt very comfortable and they have a great selection of drinks and snack available. I’ll be back the next time I’m looking for something good in Soldotna. Thanks...
