Electrify America Charging Station — Local services in Soledad

We drove up to the Bay Area to visit museums and see the Giants play. The best I can say about the giants is they weren't offensive ; ) We figured that this would be a good place for a rest stop, charge, and change drivers on each leg of the trip. Had many spaces available, easy to navigate, and a decent charge rate (speed). The other rate, $0.56 kWh /h was OK for enough charge to get me home where I topped off overnight at $0.30/kWh/h. It's close to US 101 ramps, easy to find , and an easy walk to Starbux for a caffeine recharge. It's always a welcome stop along my route...

Charged my Lucid Air here twice within a span of 3 days on our return trip from San Francisco Bay Area to Sant Barbara.

The good news is that there was availability without any waiting. However, we got a max power of 100 KW and 200 KW on the 2 occasions respectively with the 350 KW station. A 20 min break was more than enough to give us the sense of relief that we will make it to the destination with enough charge left 😀 The area is clean and maintained well. 4 charging stations. 3 fast and one 150. They all were in working order. The difficulty is where to put your car while you are waiting for a charger to open up.
