Disappointed with Consistently Poor Quality and Customer Service

I’m writing this review to express my disappointment with the consistent lack of quality and poor customer service at this particular Auntie Anne’s location. Unfortunately, my visits here have been frustrating. The pretzels are frequently dry, tough, or burnt unless I specifically request fresh ones.

While I understand that making fresh pretzels may take additional effort, the staff’s attitude makes it feel like an inconvenience to them when I place my order. A smile or a simple acknowledgment of my request would go a long way, but instead, I’m met with frustration or indifference.

It’s disheartening that I can’t count on this nearby location for the quality and service I expect from Auntie Anne’s. Because of this, I often find myself traveling farther to a different location where the standards are consistently higher.

I hope management addresses these issues so that customers like me can enjoy fresh, well-prepared pretzels and a pleasant experience at this location. Until then, I’ll have to go out of my way to get the quality I know Auntie Anne’s is capable...
