Tony Soprano's Pizza — Restaurant in Somerdale

I've ordered a bunch of times from here, I've had some pizza come insanely salty and inedible and some comes ok and some is really good. So I definitely would say I'm satisfied with the food, everyone has their bad days of food not coming out as good and maybe accidentally pouring in a tub of salt. My problem is the last 2 times I ordered delivery, I wrote in the instructions please leave at door and do not knock. The first time it came 3 hours after I ordered, very late. After 2 hours of waiting I had canceled the order and ordered from somewhere else and by that time me and my kids had eaten and I was putting my toddlers to bed. At 10 pm I hear loud banging on my door while I'm in bed trying to get my kids to sleep. Then I hear someone yelling HELLLLOOOO ITS TONYSSSSSSSS. very alarming..I stayed in bed with my kids and she kept knocking. Then called my phone twice again waking up my kids. Then I went to look if she was still there and I looked through my blinds and shes in her car and saw me peering through the window and she through up her arms at me shaking them and I could see her yelling. Yelling at me for not answering the door 3 hours after I ordered and canceled the order and am putting my kids to bed. Similar situation happened about a week later with the same delivery driver and I will never order from here again. She kept banging on my door yelling. I only ordered again because Tony's is less than a mile from me and I feel guilty having anyone driving far just to deliver pizza. I'm sure she does this to other people and I will not order again until she no longer...

We ordered from the Soprano's in Somerdale and it was the first time ordering from this restaurant and did so online. I initially called to ask a few questions about their food; the girl who answered the phone told me about coupons I could use on their site when ordering online...great! I appreciated her telling me. She went on to explain that people have told them that they don't always work, so if it doesn't I could just call afterwards and she would apply it to the order. During the checkout process, there was never any area that allowed for entering the coupon code, so I called after the order was placed and was told by the girl that they couldn't apply it and there was nothing she could do. Um...ok. Whatev.........One thing I ordered was fries and specified that I wanted them "VERY VERY well done." The fries were absolutely HORRIBLE! They were soft and dense and were the opposite of crispy, well done fries. Honestly, I think they were cooked in OLD oil......spring for some new oil, Tony! Everything we ordered was also cold. My husband's pizza turnover tasted as though it was frozen and cooked in the same old oil. I also ordered the cheese steak rolls (egg rolls) and they tasted ok, but I couldn't detect any cheese in them. They came with thousand island dressing, which I thought was a really odd pairing, but if it was sold like that, I thought maybe they knew something I didn't. I’m not sure what was more disappointing. The fact that my order took an hour and was cold after picking it up or the fact that I paid $30 for it (medium cheese pizza & 10 wings) I’ve ordered from this place before and the first time I tried them, the food was great- second time not as great but still pretty good. This time- worst quality, pricing and time management I’ve ever seen from a pizza place. Called and was quoted an hour for delivery so I said I would pick it up and was quoted 20 minutes.

Waited a half hour before I headed over to give them a little more time since it was NYE.I waited another half hour inside waiting for it to be done and I was “next up”- should’ve gotten delivery I guess. My food was sitting on the pizza oven mixed in with a pile of other orders. Took it home which was 5 minutes away from the location and my entire order was flat out cold.

Soggy/overcooked pizza and dried up wings which wasn’t even the correct sauce. I ordered Honey Hot and received hot with barbecue on the side. Not the end of the world but felt cheated out of time, money and quality of pizza. Incredibly disappointing. I don’t intend on going back any time soon but if I ever do I’ll be sure to order at the counter and watch them make it and check it before I leave.
