McDonald's — Restaurant in Somerset Township

jeremy was rude to us as soon as we came in the lobby. we came in at 9:00 when the lobby closes at 10:00. also there was nothing on the door saying they were closing early, so i don’t know why they got mad when we came in. we came in to make it easier because my friends and i were all paying separately. He was nothing but rude to us and gave us attitude. it was terrible service we were waiting for 20 mins for our food and would get ignored when we stood at the register to pay for our things. we waited at least 20 mins to get all of our food when no one else was there. there were 3 employees working it could have been faster, all they were doing was talking and laughing in the back. our bags were just sitting there while they did that. i ordered and it told me to pay at the register so i waited there for at least 10 mins for someone to come. nothing is professional about being rude and talking about your customers. Went there because my 5 year old begged for it. Went into the restaurant and Ordered a delux chicken meal with a drink, 10 piece chicken (which my son wanted) some hamburgers and fries. We got home and much to my surprise, we didn’t get my son’s nuggets! He was so upset!! He was also supposed to split the nuggets with my daughter, which meant she didn’t get supper either! Then we realized they never gave us our drink either! Maybe that was my fault because I didn’t realize it but we normally don’t get drinks. So I didn’t realize I didn’t have one. But none the less, I shouldn’t have had to worry about that if they read the screen! And then once we finally got my son calmed down and started eating, the chicken was disgusting and hard and the burgers were Luke warm at best. And the worst part was the fact that it was a manager who handed me my food! So, our experience was awful! And maybe next time my son will think twice before begging...

No customers in store. Waited to be waited on.. guy from kitchen came took order told me total left and said I had to make your food.. did not give me a receipt or cup Waited.. a manager I gusse.. threw a bag on the counter screamed 204.. I gusse it was mine.. took it.. no cup.. still had to wait.. a crew member tool another order then I got my cup. Go get tea what was left was spoiled. Called back to get corp number was told there wasn't one.. manager refused her name... either they don't care or are ignorant.. its good the corp number is on Google. Got it as well as well as filed the complaint on line. I usually an pretty patient and don't complain but don't throw a bag at me and yell.. then lie and say no corp number..
