One cannot expect team members to communicate fully with you. My warning, don't be afraid to ask for clarification on the styles of crust this place offers. My experience is this: I walk in, and order the Tipsy Chicken pizza. I am asked what crust option I'd like, and I'm told stuffed crust is available. Exciting! So I order it. 12 inch, $30 dollar pizza. I don't mind, this is my favorite pizza and I'll spend that if I want to.

I get my pizza, and it's nothing like I expect. Now, you'd think to yourself that the definition of a "stuffed crust" is standardized, but Big City seems to do things very different. My pizza was stuffed /in/ the crust, calzone-style, with extra cheese slathered on top. This is probably why my pizza was so pricey. I said nothing, not wanting to make a fuss or embarrass the poor girl that took my order.

I message the folks later, and ask if this was my own error (in not asking for clarification- Which shouldn't have to be done, truly, if 'stuffed crust' meant to them what it means to everyone else), or if the employee who took my order may have been at fault for not explaining. I clarified that I only wanted to avoid this in the future if I could.

I had finally gotten a response, offering a store credit for the pizza I thought I was getting, but I will be declining the offer. I can't in good conscience accept it, but this is something they are thankfully willing to do if a mistake is made. The cooks did and always do an amazing job, truly, but the others leave much to be desired. I don't think I'm coming back. Mostly out of embarrassment for at first writing such a salty, emotionally-driven review.

Good food, but we will NEVER go back, here is why.Some of the tables are literally falling apart.More motion than a rocking chair.The parking lot at night is darker than the darkest forest,mugging or worse waiting to happen.And here is the kicker-We ordered two items.The starter-pepperoni rolls, the waitress(if you can call her that)came out and was going to give them to the only other people in the restaurant, even though we had a number at our table(didn't matter in the least), thankfully the people she was going to give them to were honest enough to say they did not order them.I had to holler out across the dining room,"they are ours".The pizza they DID give to someone else.I had to go up and inquire about after like 25 minutes and the person at the counter said "oh we gave your pizza to the wrong people".Then why did you not come up and tell us..?....Ridiculous.No matter how good the food was, these type of issues kill the...

I appreciate the great atmosphere and excellent location of this restaurant, which has always been a highlight for my wife and me. However, I've noticed a decline in the quality over the past year. During my last visit, I ordered a pizza with red sauce, and unfortunately, the sauce tasted significantly different from what I previously enjoyed at this location. It was quite disappointing.

Additionally, the service could use improvement. When we walked in, we weren't greeted with a smile or a friendly welcome, which made the experience feel uninviting. I suggest implementing an order kiosk if service levels cannot be enhanced, as it would streamline the process and eliminate the need for tipping for subpar service.

I hope these observations are helpful and can lead to improvements. We love this place and would be thrilled to see it return to its former quality and consistency. Thank you for considering...
