I wish half stars were available since this Sonic location is more of a 3.5 star establishment. They don't have a drive in like other Sonic/ fast-food locations which I found odd at first. Customer's can either order at the patio area or pull up into one of the stalls.
The service isn't always the best. I've driven away after waiting at a stall for over 20 minutes just to place my order. During another visit I was in the middle of placing my order at a stall when I realized they were no longer taking my order. The screen showed they had only gotten one item when my order had 4 or 5 things. I pressed the call button multiple times however because I had already placed my order nothing happened. I'm not sure if this was a technical issue or human error but I still felt like the employee should have verified my order. I ended up driving to DQ down the street and received much better service there.
Besides those situations, this Sonic location tends to be on the slower side but the employees are always very apologetic (I'm sure they're short staffed like everywhere else) and the food/ ice cream is tasty.
Update: This location just keeps getting worst A ton of the screens that you order from are broken. Due to the angle I'm unable to see which screens are black until I pull into a spot. Not a huge deal but definitely annoying when I have to switch spots 3 times in one visit.
The reason that I deducted an additional star is because the last few times I've visited the ice cream machines have been down. The worst part is this happens so often (we're talking 2/3 of the time) that whenever in driving over I'm trying not to get excited for a blast. The least they could do is put up a sign saying no ice cream so I don't waste my time waiting for someone to take my order just to be told they don't...

We waited 50 minutes for anyone to answer the button pager and when we asked how long it would take she said a minimum of an hour for few coney dogs and one real slush drink. Then as we are thinking she never answered back at all. We saw one lady bring out food in the entirety of being there. Then a guy pushing the trash cans asked if we were waiting long and we told him and he said they are doing absolutely no cooking and just standing around inside and their was 2 full pages of food not even started on. I called and asked manager for explanation but no manager they didn't have corporates phone number but I found it on google and not one phone call back after leaving messages. I will never go to sonic again for how they treated us. I do not want in any way for the trash guy to get in trouble bc he was the only nice person that actually cared and talked to us if anything he needs to be managing the place instead. But if you like taking a siesta while waiting on your order this is the place for you, you will wake up to your food being delivered 45 mins after placing your order. In fact you may even have enough time to finish that mid term paper you have been putting off in the time it takes them to bring you your order. But let me remind you if you want it fresh, be sure to bring a microwave with you so you can toss that soggy excuse of (fast food) in that sucker for about 2 mins.
