I blame myself for going there 4 times. In four trips to this newly remodeled DQ we have yet to have what would be considered a good experience. The first time it was relativity expected, since they just reopened, but it took 35 minutes to get out our order. The second time, the same slow service for us, but three groups that came in after us received their orders before us. Ours was cold and it wasn't ice cream. The third time, after fifteen minutes she calls our number and I motioned where we were (they give you a number placard and bring your food to you) and she goes back into the kitchen and did not return with our food, repeat two more times. When I went to the counter she said "well, I called for you three times" I told her that she looked right at me each time and I raised me hand each time. And since I was told that they will bring it out to me I assumed you would come out with our food and bring it to the table with the correct number on it, she said "I'm a little busy for that". When we were ready to leave I ordered a mixed "to go box" of Dilly bars, I received a number placard and was told they would bring it out. Ten minutes later they brought me out a box of chicken strips. I said I ordered Dilly bars, he told me he gave them to the tall guy that just left and ran out the door to try and catch him. They repackaged my Dilly bars and when I got home they were the wrong flavors. My fourth and last appearance there I ordered Dilly bars to go again, incorrect flavors once again and then was told that they gave me what I ordered. Edit: Made the mistake of returning today. Ordered via app for my autistic son who loves their burgers. We were already on the road back to his mother's when we discussed there were zero condiments or pickles, not the correct number of patties, and fries that were cold. It was too late to turn around, so I called and asked for a refund.
The Assistant Manager, told me there's nothing she can do. I asked, all I need is a refund as I'm not paying $30 for food they didn't provide. She said, thanks for informing us and goodbye.. I said, no, what do you intend to do to remedy this? She said nothing, we can't, "it's not our responsibility because you ordered on the app". I asked, "the quality of the food at your location isn't your responsibility because I ordered on the app?". She said, "no". I asked, "What is it that you think you're managing then?". She said she'll see if the GM wants to talk to me and put me on hold before I could respond. She came back, said that there's nothing she can do, and she'll take my name and number for the Area Manager to call me. Clearly, the GM wasn't taking ownership either - nor thought it was necessary to talk to a customer about poor quality. I will update this review when I receive a call.

There were only 4 employees (ok short staffed,I can understand that), there was a young lady doing her best knowing that she didn’t exactly know everything on the register (I can understand that-we’ve all been there), and the younger man running his butt off trying to make everything right-good effort-I applaud the effort. I have issue with the whole experience. First off, we stood in line for a while, then our food was given to another table, i went up to the counter to let them know that the food was ours but when i saw the food , half of the order was wrong. The manager told me that it’s really busy and they are trying. Then they brought our food out again and it was wrong AGAIN! Then it took another 10 minutes or so to get it fixed again. To top it off, most of the sodas in the machine were out. The poor man running around really was trying but the manager wasn’t even attempting to help his crew. He just let the young man take the brunt of the unhappy customers (there were more than just us). He didn’t do a thing to make sure we were happy and taken care of or even compensated for our meals.
