I’m here to make a complaint because you can’t remove a google review! You may be able to be rude and nasty to me in person but I’m here to tell ya this location is some of the worst customer service I’ve had here in Somerset,KY! I went through drive through and got an iced coffee like I always do for many years now. They proceeded to try and give me the coffee that didn’t look right so I told the girl at the window it’s not right so she proceeded to argue with me! I asked if she was a manager and she said I needed to leave over and over again! . So I went in and tried talking to the manager and she was not any better ! I proceeded to tell her I’ve been a valued customer For many many years and in customer service you’d think she would have a better attitude but no I was entirely wrong!. Well I told her that I was not happy and that I felt my coffee was not made the right way and she proceeded to argue with me so I asked her what her name was and she refused to tell me and told me I don’t need to know ! I did contact corporate and now waiting on a call back from them. But I thought that it was very unprofessional that they acted in this way! And I want everyone to know that this store and some of the staff is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. The girls name running the window was Chloe and not sure what the managers name is cause she refused to tell me. I also asked her what the corporate number was and she told me to find it myself! So with this all being said I’m not coming back I will boycott Dunkin’ Donuts and go to Baxters from now on! Way better customer service and coffee! Read moreIt’s been since May 23 of 2024 Since all the reviews, I’m reading are terrible. I guess I’m not alone. The store manager told me that I’m not welcome back at this Dunkin’’ Donuts. I was like no problem. I won’t be back! I ordered at the drive-through by the time I drove away. I was missing my sausage. I was like aww man I don’t go that way often so I kept one of the sandwiches with the receipt and intended on coming back when I did 8 days later, she said why did you wait this long. This is not our policy , You should of called I said I don’t care what your policy is and don’t make this about me You were the ones that forgot my sausage she made me wait 15 minutes for my $3.49 refund and she didn’t even give me the refund for the sausage on the other one that they missed That place …when she got through insulting me the big lady with the black hair I was like wow not good and you know I like Dunkin’ Donuts won’t stop me from going to another one. Read moreThis is a pathetic excuse for service. My sister and I clearly stated we wanted two 2 for $5 bacon egg and cheese croissants, but alas our server couldn’t do basic addition. We only received 2 sandwiches and when we politely informed them about our two missing sandwiches and offered to pay for them they had us pull forward and only gave us one. Close but not quite what we ordered. When I went inside to get the 4th sandwich the manager told me to tell my sister who order she needed to be clear about her order, but I worked in fast food for almost 2 years and never was I so rude to a customer. I told her I dod not mind paying for the sandwich I needed. She then got sassy with me because we didn’t pay for the sandwich she brought out earlier. We offered to pay for it and she said it was fine so clearly we didn’t think it was a big deal since they are the ones that messed up. Also got raw bacon on sandwiches when we asked for well done.
