A regular visitor here. I like my coffee strong, and they used to make it that way, but for the last two weeks or so, it has been weaker, and weaker. So weak, that you can actually see through a cup of BLACK dark roast with a shot of espresso! Seriously???? It tastes like they are reusing the coffee grounds! Just called them to complain about the four extra large coffees we bought tasting like 50% water and there won't even be an actual manager on duty until tomorrow morning. It is late afternoon now! They told us to come back in and they would remake the order. Just sent my partner out with the coffees to return the tray full of coffee we didn't drink to try to see if they can make it right this time. It's a Saturday afternoon and people have better things to do with their time than trying to get what they paid for the way it should have been the first time. I was told that if we waited until tomorrow, there was nothing they could do to help us. We started going here because weak coffee had become an ongoing problem at the Dunkin Donuts in Swansea, MA, and this place USED to get it right. TIRED of this! And no manager on duty on a Saturday afternoon and evening??? I am prepared for another batch of weak coffee when my partner returns with the replacement batch. I hope that I am wrong. Also, I won't even get into the undercooked breakfast sandwich! Wish this place was what it USED to be. It is a coffee place, and this is just coffee. It shouldn't be this hard! EDITING TO ADD I was right to expect more bad coffee. My partner came home with the new batch, and it was just as awful as the first. I called AGAIN to complain, speaking with someone who told me that, "they didn't know why it was bad, because they made it the SAME WAY!!!" Right. Because THAT worked so well the first time! Now, we have to go back yet again between 4 am and 12 pm when the manager is on duty, and call ahead to explain what happened, that we want another order of coffee, and to please NOT make it the same way again!!!...
Read moreI stopped by the drive thru around 4:45pm on 10/26 and ordered a large hot caramel latte. Same thing i always order at DD. I was handed an ICE cold, like, cold to the touch coffee in a hot latte cup. I thought it was weird, but maybe they had the AC cranking despite it being cold & raining that day. There was a line behind me so i put it in my cup holder and merged onto RT 6. Then i took a sip. It was an iced latte for sure. But had no ice. So they made me the wrong latte, realized it, strained out the ice, put it in a hot cup, and thought... that i would somehow not realize the difference between hot and cold??? Like why not just make the right order..?
I'm more blown away by the sheer audacity of the assumption that someone ordering coffee from them would lack the basic ability to distinguish temperatures both through their fingertips and mouth. I mean I laughed, but wow. Wowwww. First time anyone has ever tried to pass off ice cold liquid to me as hot in my entire life. To add to the insult, i had tipped on that coffee, too. Unreal.
The only Dunkin Donuts that knows what they're doing in Somerset is the one next to Agoro. Like, it is a commonly known thing in town, but I decided to roll the...
Read moreI usually dont have a problem with this dunkin, it's usually really good. I asked for a strawberry frosted with sprinkles and I got a strawberry frosted with NO sprinkles. Whatever no big deal. Well then I ordered Lg mocha cold brew reg cream and sugar. The lid wasn't on right and it got all over my white shirt. It wasn't even cold brew either. I watched them pour the darkroast right into my coffee. I'm very disappointed and very upset that my coffew ruined my white shirt because the lid wasn't on the right way and my donut wasn't right. It was disappointing.. whats even more is that, I usually avoid tue one on county road near my house because this is something THEY usually pull. Im very shocked. I will be giving my buissness elsewhere now. Very...
