I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s absolutely necessary after witnessing the way a manager named Tina treated her staff during my recent visit.
While waiting for my food, I saw Tina yelling—not talking, yelling—at one of the young workers in front of both customers and other employees. It was aggressive, humiliating, and completely inappropriate. Her tone was demeaning and hostile, and it was clear this wasn’t a one-time thing. Other employees looked terrified and visibly uncomfortable around her, and the energy in the store was incredibly tense.
As a paying customer, this ruined my experience. The food took longer than usual, and I don’t blame the staff—I blame the toxic environment Tina is creating. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially in a minimum wage job where they’re just trying to survive.
I don’t know how someone with this little professionalism or basic decency is allowed to manage a team. Burger King needs to seriously investigate Tina’s behavior and decide if someone like that should be representing their brand. If nothing changes, I will not be returning to this location—and I’ll be encouraging others to avoid it as well.

The sandwiches are always just slapped together with an often cold burger hockey puck ,, Old buns ,, Wilted tomato slivers not even thick enough to call them slices also old so they are soggy ... \Old browned out lettuce wilted pieces not full leaf as shown in the ads pictures ,, a couple of sliver rings from an onion slice which many times have included a sliver of the peel too ... The condiments mayo and ketchup either too much or not enough ... Terrible tasting pickle slivers ... Ive complained to upper management over and over again to no avail ... They do lip service but the status quo remains ... The floors are always filthy with bun pieces and fries and errant bags strown about ... Ive been there recently and had to go inside and the same trash was on the floor all 4 days that I entered so its obvious they are not being cleaned up nightly ... This is a picture of the last Whopper Ill ever order there again showing mold on the bun`s edge ... how does that happen if your product is fresh daily ?? ... Tell me that that Whopper picture looks like the ones that appear in their ads ... ...

Nowww I think dircy deserves to be a shift leader , I love her energy , this is my second time there and she always so kind and super nice and always helping the kitchen staff either putting fries , nuggets , onion rings , nuggets down and all making sure they not doing to much or all the work especially sometimes it be only 2 people after 6pm-7 on kitchen , one thing I loved the most was when she used her own redeem points to give my kid a ice cream cup because god knows when kids wants something they want it.
