My family and I love Wendyâs food normally. I had worked a 10 hour shift this day thatâs also in the food service industry. So we decided to get an easy late dinner. We ordered at the window and the employee seemed miserable just in her speaking voice. I had redeemed a reward for a double stack burger. We get to the window, and the drive thru worker Jenny, aggressively says youâll have to enlarge the QR code. she aggressively hands us our sprite and frosty. With no thank you, back to us. She gave us no time to ask for desired condiments. She continues to tell us to pull up past the restraunt door to wait for the food. At this point she isnât even looking at us when she was telling us this. then slams the window back. Almost like she was annoyed with us. When we werenât unkind and or rude to her. Like I said prior I also work in food service for about 7 years now, we all have bad days or bad moods. But with my personal experience with those types of situations I do not take it out on customers, when it my choice to work for a company. My suggestion is if she doesnât enjoy working with others she should maybe be placed in the back of the house. We waited for our food and the women that ran our food to us was amazing she smiled and said sorry for your wait. I wish I would have gotten her name because she was the only pleasant person, very much helped guide us away from the way Jenny acted. We went home to eat our food and to enjoy it. I was craving a delicious Wendyâs burger like it usually is. But my double stack, was burnt to a crisp it didnât taste like it had been seasoned at all. It honestly felt like my tooth almost broke on just one bite of my burger. I was really hoping the food would be better than the experience, but it was not. We will be back to Wendyâs maybe earlier in the day the food and customer service would be better. Just very disappointing after a eager Wendyâs craving.    Read moreFrom start to finish! We came through this location around 10:26P.M.! First time and last time I will ever go to this location! We placed our order, got to the drive up window where there was supposed to be a smiling face to greet us! To our dismay the attendant was not very friendly, it felt as if we were a bother for her to have to do her job! She was frowning and not very communicative as a drive through attendant should have been. We drove back home, not only was the sandwiches just thrown together like toddlers constructing something abstract, they weren't even correct! By this time, it was around 10:40ish we had tried to call the location to speak to someone. That never happened, so we had to waste our gas, and time to drive back there, if only someone would have answered the phone it could possibly have been avoided! Now, we got back to the location, talked with the manager, even told her we tried to call and couldn't get an answer, she claims that no one called because she was right beside the phone, so while she was holding the phone we called again, no response on their phone, I could plainly see that the ringer was turned to silent!!!!    Read moreIn need of a manager with training skills. I stopped by last night to grab a bite for dinner. After seeing the drive thru packed, I decided to run in and place my order to go. They were four young employees up front cutting up with each other, and the manager was on her phone playing on Facebook. I know because she walked by and I seen her screen while she was playing candy crush saga. They were just setting food down on the counter not saying who's order was there. They let the customer go through all the bags to pick what they had ordered. After seeing three different people unwrap my sandwich and open up my chili to see what was in the cup. The little girl actually stuck her finger in my chili to see the temperature. I was so upset. I asked for a refund. After arguing with the employees and the manager.
