I've been to M&P's a bunch, I live around the corner from the Bow Market location and used to schlep to Bay Village before that one opened. They feel like they've been taking a turn for the worse though. I've had to complain a couple times and been offered free sandwiches in response but this time decided to skip the complaints and write a review.
First let me say their breakfast sandwiches are great. I think they have the best english muffins in town and they always cook the eggs perfectly. High quality cheese adds a lot of flavor without any sauces or extras.
My issue comes more with consistency and service. I've been left waiting for my sandwich after ordering way ahead of time many times now. Their system and the staff just don't seem on top of their stuff and tbh, at least in Bow, the setup just doesn't feel efficient. The space is small and there's no place to come up and tell someone your name and grab your order without cutting people in line. You can get ignored (unintentionally or not) from staff for very long bouts of time. The prices are high for a single no side sandwich. Today I ordered a baller ($10), which I believe is just the classic ($6) with bacon. The photos here show the bacon I got. Three tiny

I got the Breakfast Grilled Crack the first time, it was essentially a really high end bacon egg and grilled cheese on amazing sourdough. The second time I went I got a sausage breakfast burrito and a chorizo breakfast burrito. The chorizo breakfast burrito might genuinely be one of the best breakfast burritos I had in my life. It wasn't on the cheap side, $16.50, but it was definitely worth it. Very flavorful, large quantity, and the wrap held up. They did forget the egg on the sausage burrito which I didn't notice until later, however they were very kind when I brought it up and they gave me a gift card. Will be...
Read moreWe tried two of their breakfast items today. Can't wait to try more-they have a great selection. What we got was flavorful, refreshing, so nicely made... just so good. We got The Fancy (omg, loved it) & the Seis Pies (breakfast burrito with lots of filling: eggs, hashbrowns, avocado, much more). They were prepared nicely using real food and unlike fast food shops I don't regret eating it afterwards, like at Dunks. Definitely recommend. We ordered right at the take-out window out front, very easy to see menu there as well. While we waited we took a stroll around the rest of Bow Market which has around 30 small shops, outdoor tables, benches, and a few small greenhouses for seating. All making it a great area...
