Went in as a brand new customer , I was greeted immediately with a smile & i got a lot of super good product, they have things now and everyone sells, they also have some stuff I have seen before at other dispo’s . As soon as I was inside , I was told immediately about all the current sales ( which i appreciated cause it can be overwhelming going into a dispensary with no idea of the sales or product ) , i was also given the new patients discount and explained about the points ( which they adorably call it “cookie dough” ) , everyone there seems super nice and knowledgeable, i will absolutely be going back there again & letting other people to check it out as well!! — the ONLY criticism i have at all , is that i feel as though i was rushed ? I was told to start picking from the product that they had , I picked out what i wanted but as i waited i wanted to add to the order really quick but i felt as though it would’ve been a big deal even though everyone was taken care of & it wasn’t overly busy..:. it was just the vibe i got — its definitely not enough to keep me from going back , i did just want to...

I purchased bat shit 7g smalls by cookies on Halloween and half of it is all seeds. What is separated doesn't smoke or burn well. It is money wasted for a product that can't be used. I'm angry and disappointed. I have received great customer service from this location and they handled everything extremely well. I got madrina smalls today November 7, there is a similar situation and It irritates the throat, sinus, and the smoke it very light and does not feel right. Not all their flower options are like this but this is not ok. I've been dealing with fungal issues caused from a non cookies product but these two products make my problems worse. Other flower I have right now does not cause me issues.

Customer service skills are exceptional from the young gentleman who was there and greeted us with a smile and told us all of the specials that are going on. He let us take our time and looking around and deciding what we wanted and answered all of our questions. I seriously wish I could remember his name. But trust me when I tell you I'm going to go back and if he's there again and I catch his name. I will definitely do another review or update this review because that young man seriously made me feel welcomed and was so on point with his customer service skills. And before anybody finishes reading this please don't be thinking that I know him and I'm just like one of his friends trying to give him five star review or anything like that I just give credit where credit is due. The dispensary is very clean, beautifully decorated, and I love the name of the dispensary. Definitely looking forward...
