Starbucks — Restaurant in Souderton

I live in Souderton and this is my third time. I walk in and they just stare at me like there’s paint on the wall, and about a minute later they just look at me and then I just have to tell them I ordered because they can’t even say how can I help you? Very beautiful establishment and very nice and well kept. But Besides that that is it, the staff is horrible. When I walk in I feel like I’m walking into a funeral home. There is no personality. There is no welcoming feeling…. It’s horrible literally one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to when it comes to the energy and vibes, please delete your current workers because they are Empty.. And I hate to say, but this is the last place to be walking around looking miserable.. we come for coffee because we are miserable. We do not need to see...

Great place to "work from home" for a few hours. I love the free refill for my coffee mug.

I've found the employees to be very friendly and hard working. They are constantly in motion!

I appreciate the fact that I can lower the shades myself for the times when the sun is shining on my computer screen.

An unusual observation - I appreciate how an employee automatically washed her hands after blowing her nose. It is little things like that, and clean bathrooms, that show well trained employees and attention to detail.

My only (minor) complaint is that the outlets under the seats are hard to reach. 1st world...

Update, Aug 2025: Due to continued awful experiences at this location with service, downgrading to 1 star. I would avoid this location. It is not set up for success or being run well. It’s embarrassing.

Went here for the first time. Really like the location and atmosphere, especially the outdoor seating. But, the service was disappointing. The staff was not personable and my order of two drinks took 11 minutes form ordering, which is way too long.
